Hi guys, 🥰 I'm going to make Xena's "music" be Remi wolf's. She's not Remi wolf but this is how I would imagine her music . She's really good! Okay anyways continueee! This is going to be the song "Xena" will be referencing in the chapter.

Xena

I spent the whole last 3 days at the studio putting in more work for my music. I figured that I would start putting things in high gear since I was already here in LA. I already dropped one song so far, I thought it would do better and I keep worrying but the producers said to give it time. I was on my home and I thanked the Uber When I got to the Airbnb. I got inside and I saw Jc and the boys playing games and the girls in the kitchen playing games with our new friends, Nezza and Fran.

"Hey guys," I said tiredly.

"We haven't seen you in days," Stacy exaggerated.

"Lies, you have." I said.

"Where have you been girl?" Fran asked.

"At the studio," I said taking my seat next to the girls.

"I put out a song just the other day already but I still have to work on content," I said defeated.

"Wait hold on, you put out a song? Oh we need to listen to this," Maria said whipping out her phone.

"No you guys I can't stand hearing it anymore we literally spent all day with thi-"

"Down the line?" Franny asked.

"Yes," I said sighing.

"Hey sweet thing," Jc said walking into the kitchen wrapping his arms around me.

"Hellooo," I replied blushing grabbing at his cheeks and then pulling them.

He swatted away my hands and we both giggled. His laugh sounded like a little boys. I thought it was so cute.

"This is so good, you sound so good!" Nezza and the girls cheered as they were listening to the song.

"thanks guys," I said at the comment feeling a bit better now.

I walked back to the sofa with the guys and continued playing games. Xena walked back out to the living room.

"Oh hey Xena I didn't even see you come in," Wyl said.

"I know you guys were busy," she said laughing.

"Jc im hungry can we get some food please?" she asked stretching in a sweet voice.

"No," I said joking.

"whyyy?" she whined. leaning towards me looking at me from the side and her long curls dangling down.

"is the game really more important? What if I was dying of starvation?" She said dramatically.

I laugh at her.

"I'm just joking I'll take you after this round." I said giving in.

"Yayyy!" she said happily and plopped down on top of me and I got red instantly. We haven't done so much of public physical affection. Not that I minded but I was afraid of what our friends would think. Wyl and Oscar looked up and smirked at me.

"Wow, Jc you're down bad!" Wyl shouted.

"shut up," Xena and I said in unison and laughed.

After our last few rounds I got up and gave Dyl the controller so he could take my spot. Xena barely made it out the door because she fell asleep on me after I promised after one round we would go but I ended up playing more.

"what do you feel like Xe?" I asked brushing her hair out of her face and unlocking my car.

"Can we get Thai food?" she replied yawning.

"of course lovely," I responded.

"Jc," she says.

"Yes?" I say.

"What are we now then, now that we both know we like each other?" she asks seriously.

"Well I don't know but, I mean we still have time to figure things out don't we?" I said nervously. What I wanted to say was I want to be with you and get married and have a family and be together forever. But instead I just said I don't know.

"Oh," She replied.

"Well I only asked because I think I'm moving here to LA next month," she said seriously. I felt excitement rush through my body.

"Really? Well you can move in with me if you want to you know," I said turning on the car trying to sound like it was all cool but I was actually screaming like a girl internally.

"Wait- really? you don't think it's like too fast? you know because we're not dating." she asked.

"Of course, I know we're not dating but I know I do want you, I guess I'm just too scared to commit. I don't want to lose you." I said admitting.

We already made ourselves out of the driveway and were on our way to get our food.

"I want you too."  She said. "And if you're scared, that's fine. You can trust me. But I also want to know that you're not just keeping me around just because. I already know what I want. And if you don't then maybe it's best we just focus on what we have going on instead." She sounded so cold. I don't know why I'm on guard like this all of a sudden. I should just ask her out, but i knew I wasn't ready yet.

The whole drive was quiet with the exception of keeping music on for background noise. The only other time Xena spoke to me was when she thanked me after I bought the food. We got to the Airbnb and she just left outside to be with the girls and I ate in the living room watching the boys play games.
