Is that?

           ''It was watching us'' I mumbled to myself looking at the robot creature. We were back in the cafe, meeting place, everyone was around the city burying birds. I and Carlo came back to inspect the robot/bird. 

I picked it up at turned it upside down. It didn't have any place where I can plug anything or any hard drive ''It has no memory place or where you can plug anything in. I think it was going live. It doesn't go back to where it comes from''

He sighed running his hand through his hair ''So whoever is watching is knows what we are doing all the time'' I nodded ''Yeah. Pretty much'' He continued talking ''Why aren't it attacking or doing anything to us?"

I was starting to wonder the same thing '' I don't know... But let's hope others are doing better than us'' 

POV: Christina 

I and Samuel went to the left. We found some shovels and bags so we are putting the birds in the bags and then we are going to bury them.

I sighed ''Tired?'' Samuel asked.

I nodded ''A little bit. You?''

He stretched ''Yeah. I'm tired. A lot'' He continued ''Have been doing this for like an hour and a half. I think'' 

''Yeah. But soon we will have got all of these poor birds'' 

He nodded ''Yeah. And then we have to find a place to bury them''

I nodded ''Let's hope others are doing well'' 

POV: Adrian

I and Cathrine were picking birds up and putting them in the giant bag. She's not doing a lot of work but she's trying. We have left a couple of birds and then we will bury them.

I heard a yawn from my left ''Tired?''

She sat down on a bench ''You can't imagine how tired I am''

I chuckled '' Soon it will be done, then we have to find where to bury them and then let's go back''

She nodded and talked some more.

POV: Alexandra

I was currently sitting by my laptop and looking for some info but nothing important comes up. It seems like everything is deleted. Next to me sat Carlo. He was reading some book, something with history.

I looked at him and he seemed so peaceful. I just hope nothing happens to any of us. I know some doctor stuff but I don't think it's enough for serious injuries.

As if feeling my stare he turned to me ''What?''

I quickly turned my head back to my laptop's screen, blushing. He chuckled and turned back to reading. I smiled to myself. 

Suddenly someone ran inside. It was Catherine. She looked like was running.

I stood up and walked to her ''What happened Catherine?"

She was breathing a lot and couldn't talk properly ''It's... It-It's A-A...''

I couldn't understand anything. I gripped her shoulders ''What happened?"

She took in a deep breath and looked at me right in my eyes ''It's Adrian''

I let go of her and understood at that moment and ran the way she went to. Someone was following me but I didn't care at this moment. I needed to help him. I ran as fast as I could.

Then I saw him. He was laying on the floor, holding his leg. I ran up to him ''Hey. Hey. I'm here. I'm here Adrian'' 

He turned to me and nodded. I looked at his right leg and he had a knife in his tight. Carlo and Catherine ran up to me.

They both were telling me to help him but I was in shock. I have to bring myself together. Breath in, breath out. 

 I turned to both of them ''Cat, talk to Adrian so he stays awake. Carlo look for any medkit. Cloths, alcohol. Bandages. Try to find some stitching stuff too'' 

He nodded and ran away to look for them. I turned back to Adrian ''Adrian'' He turned to me ''Listen to me now. You have to keep still. I will have to take out the knife and stitch it up okay?"

He nodded. He looked pale and I didn't like it. I inspected the wound. The knife was working as a plug but blood still was coming out of his wound. And a lot of it. I took off my jacket and put it around the knife on his wound. At that moment Carlo came with a medkit, bandages, needle and stitching thread, and alcohol and gloves. Good thinking.     

I instructed Carlo ''Sanitize your hands then put on the gloves and then sanitize the gloves'' He did as I told him and I did the same thing. I talked to Adrian ''Adrian. This will hurt so keep your leg as still as possible okay?'' 

His eyes were full of fear ''Okay'' He was in so much fear.

I turned back to Carlo ''When I will pull out the knife I will have to try to see if it touched anything and you will have to keep his leg and still as possible got it?" He nodded ''Got it''

I put the thread in the needle and got ready. I nodded to Carlo who put his hands on. I sanitized the needle and the thread and put it on the tray in alcohol. I breathed in calming my nerves and took the knife handle and started to take it out. I could hear Adrian's screams and yells. I took it out and put it away and poured some alcohol on the wound and he screamed again. I don't think the knife hit anything, so I took the needle and started stitching him. I could only hear grunts now. It was over. I continued calmly stitching his right leg. I tied the last stitch and cut it off. Took bandage and rapped it around his leg.

I sighed ''It's over. Your okay''

Everyone sighed and Adrian started to chuckle.

I stood up looking at them seriously ''What happened?''
