Different day

                           I woke up to a horrible sound, someone was banging on the door. I grunted and tried to get up when I was held down by an arm, I turned and saw it was Carlo. I smiled at him and pushed him out of the bed the next moment. I got up and ran to the door still hearing Carlo muttering something.

I opened the door and there stood two guards ''Goodmorning''

The nodded ''Morning miss. Get ready in 10 minutes. Axel is waiting for you'' They said quickly and walked away.

I closed the doors and turned to Carlo ''Get ready. We have to meet Axel in 10''

He said getting up ''You pushed me out of the bed''

I gave him a smile ''Now you know not to touch me, Carlo''

I chuckled and went to look for some clothes, I found black leggings with a hoodie and white socks. I walked into the bathroom, washed my face and cleaned my teeth, and got out of the bathroom to see Carlo already dressed in black sweatpants and a white shirt.

He walked past me to the bathroom not saying anything to me.

I scoffed ''Fine don't talk to me''

I sat on the bed waiting for him to be finished. After a couple of minutes, he walked outside at that moment someone knocked again. I walked to open the doors but someone from outside opened them for me.

In walked the previous guards ''Follow us ''

I didn't say anything, just walked behind them to wherever they are going, Carlo behind me. We walked down a hallway, some people glanced at us weirdly, some acted like we don't exist.

Finally, we stopped by a big black door, it kind of creeped me out. I stepped closer to Carlo and tried to grab his hand and surprisingly he allowed me. I took his hand and intertwined our fingers.

We stepped inside the room and it was full of weapons like guns, knives, swords, and armor. I was actually excited to know what we will do here. I saw that Samuel and Adrian were already there and Cathrine and Christina walked inside behind us. We stood next to each other, I didn't let go of Carlo's hand, not knowing what will happen next.

Suddenly in walked Axel with a couple of guards, he stopped in front of us in his blue suit and styled hair. 

He started talking ''Goodmorning. Today is the day you will go out and see what the base looks like, but remember if you run we will catch you anyways''

Adrian talked from the side ''How far is this Base?''

Axel answered ''An hour or two away from here''

Carlo asked from next to me ''Do we have to pay attention to any things?''

Axel nodded ''Yes. Look for any way you can get inside, but today is not the day you will go inside''

I asked a question ''Why not?''

Axel shook his head ''You can't go in today because you guys are not ready. You need more training and have to train with guns'' He continued ''Today you will have a day to rest and can get lunch today. When the dark will set in you will leave to the base with some of my guards. Remember we know everything you are doing''

Not creepy at all. He said that we can go for now and get food. We all walked into a cafeteria and felt some stares at us but I didn't pay attention. I got some salad and spaghetti with orange juice. 

We all walked to sit at a table, I was about to sit down when I was pushed away,  almost dropping my food. I looked at the person who did it. I saw a girl about my age with red hair and brown eyes.

I didn't want to start a fight so I was about to walk away when I heard Carlo say to her ''Hey, my friend was about to sit here''

She answered in her bitchy tone ''Well to bad for her''

I thought that the conversation will end but Carlo decided otherwise ''Get out of her chair and sit somewhere else''

I stepped in front of Carlo ''It's okay. We can sit somewhere else''

He looked down at me and nodded. We were about to walk away when we heard somewhere say ''Walk away like the trash you are''

That was enough for Carlo. He walked back to the guy who said it ''What did you just say?''

I could see the anger Carlo was holding in. I tugged on his arm ''Let's go, Carlo''

I turned to others who were all watching him. I gestured Samuel to help me with Carlo but before we could the guy said something that angered all of us ''Get to the place where you come from assholes''

Carlo didn't wait for anything else, he punched the guy in the face and he dropped on the floor holding his nose, I ran towards Carlo but was being held back by a guard, I fought against him and called out to Carlo but he was just punching the guy and didn't pay attention to anyone else. The guards tried to calm him down, more guards came and took us all to a cell.

I sat down by a wall ''We will never fit in here''

Christina was talking with Samuel and Cathrine, while Adrian was saying something to Carlo. 

I sighed ''We have to get out of here before something happens''

Adrian nodded ''Tonight''
