The next two days

                           POV: Alexandra

It started to get bright. We were walking down the road in The City, looking for a place for us to stay. Every one of us were tierd, hungry and thirsty, walking for hours really tierd us out and being on guard all the time is even worse. Even if we escaped The Shadows it doesn't mean they won't come after us. Now they want to find us even more when we have what they need.

I was walking with Christina at the front of the group trying to look for a place that was secluded and private. I heard whispering behind me but didn't pay attention. We still had our guns which will be usefull. 

Finally after walking for so long I saw a small store with closed windows and it looks very private so I pointed that way to Christina and we walked there. I took my gun up and aimed at the door just in case danger followed us. Christina opened the door slowly and I walked inside first looking around for something or someone. 

It was very dark so I turned on the flashlight walking trough the store, it was a souvenir store, they were actually very beautiful, diffrent kinds of clay animals and key chains, I took one of the keychains with moon and put it in my pocket.

It looked like we were safe for now. I lowered my gun and turned to others who were already sitting down, Adrian was already sleeping with Cathrine next to him.

I gestured to the doors at the other side of the store ''I will go check out if theres something behind the doors''

They nodded and was about to walk away when Carlo spoke ''I will go with you''

I didn't say anything just continued walking to the doors. Holding the gun up I opened the doors, it was a storage, quiet big actually. 

I walked inside maybe we can find something useful. I could hear Carlo behind me, following me. Probably thinking I will do something stupid again.

We found another doors and I walked towards them with Carlo close behind of course. This time he opened the doors and I walked inside first, and again no one was there, it was a office.

I looked trough the cupboards and found some snacks and two water bottles. I put them in my bag and looked trough the papers on the desk. Nothing special caught my eyes untill I saw a picture of us. 

I called for Carlo ''Look at this''

He took the photo from my hands''This is taken the day we woke up.''

I nodded and found more photos of us ''The day when The Shadows came and we were getting in the car. Another one from when Jonathan captured us. When we were captured by The Shadows. Who took these?''

Carlo shrugged and looked down at me ''I don't know. But I look foward to finding them''

I sat down by the computer and of course it has a password, I look around the table for maybe a password written on a paper but with our luck I didn't find anything. So I started hacking, nothing too hard for me. After couple of seconds I was in, this person has a lot of files.

Carlo leaned on the desk next to me and looked at the computer screen too. I opened the file with a name 'Target'. It was a bunch of pictures of Carlo,me, Cathrine, Samuel, Christina and Adrian.

I sighed and looked up at Carlo ''We are targets? But why?''

He shrugged ''I don't know. There are too many questions and not even one single answer''

I nodded and continued looking opening a map called 'revenge' ''Ooh, maybe this will help us''

It was full of pictures again and a video so I opened the video first. At first it was bunch of sentences about animals dying and people getting sick. Then it started to get worse showing what people looked like after death, their faces covered in blood and the blood was coming from their eyes and noses and mouths.
