             I woke up with a big headache ''What happened?''

I could hear people talking but I couldn't tell where. I grunted and they suddenly stopped talking. I sat up and opened my eyes. I was in the back of the truck, in the trunk. The trunk was open and I looked outside when suddenly everything that happened came back.

I rushed out of the car in pain and towards Christina ''Where is he?''

She asked looking shocked to see me ''Who?''

I stepped towards her ''Don't act dumb with me. Where is Carlo?''

She sighed ''He left. A couple of hours earlier''

I turned in the direction of the road and didn't see anyone or anything ''Is he stupid?''

I walked towards the car and got in the driver's seat. Christina opened my door grabbing my wrist ''You are not going anywhere''

I pulled my arm from her grasp ''You are not going to stop me. Either you come with me or stay here. Your choice''

Cathrine and Adrian were already in the car. Samuel was coming this way too and opening the back seat doors.

Christina was furious ''Fine. But if we die I'm blaming you''

I nodded and she got in the passengers' seat. I started the car and drove, not having any ideas of what we were getting ourselves into.

Passed like 20 minutes since we were driving and started to see more signs that said 'KEEP OUT' or 'WE WILL KILL YOU'.

I started to get worried and I could tell the others were too. Then suddenly I spotted houses in front of us and I stopped the car on the side of the road.

I pointed towards them ''Look! ''

Christina said ''Are those houses?'' She continued ''If there are houses that mean people, or the cloaks''

I sighed nodding ''You are right but we have no choice. Carlo could be in danger'' I continued turning towards others ''We have to walk there otherwise they will hear us''

''But Adrian can't walk yet'' Cathrine pointed out.

I looked down ''You are right. He can't. One of us will stay here with Adrian in the car and the other two will come with me''

Cathrine said with no hesitation ''I will stay with Adrian''

I gave her a small smile ''Okay, Samuel and Christina you will come with me''

The sighed ''Okay''

I got out of the car and opened the back seat door. I said quietly to Cathrine ''Cat if something happens get out of here. Driveaway. I don't care where just drive. Save yourself''

She was about to say ''Bu-''

But I interrupted her ''Cathrine. No. Get out of here. Got it?''

She nodded looking sad ''Be safe Alexa. I mean it ''

I nodded and gave her a sad smile ''I will try. I promise''

I closed the door and walked to the trunk where Samuel and Christina were. I grabbed an empty backpack and put in two water bottles, some energy bars, and first help medkit just in case.

I put on the bag ''I know that what is out there is not going to be good'' I grabbed a box ''So I got something for us'' I opened the box and inside of it was knives ''I found these in a store and I thought they might help us''. I gave them each one and took one too, putting it in the belt of my pants.

They thanked me and we started walking towards the houses. If I would have said I'm scared, then I would have lied, I'm terrified. I looked at Sam and Christina they were sad that I was making them come with me ''I'm sorry guys. I just... I want to get Carlo back... And I want to punch him in that handsome face for knocking me out'' 

They both turned to me with a smirk, I asked completely clueless ''What?''

Samuel chuckled ''You like him''

I shook my head ''No. No, I don't''

They laughed at me. Idiots, I thought.

Then suddenly we heard a scream from the houses and we ran behind a bush, I looked towards the first house. It was two stores, grey, with black windows, a very sad house. Around were walking some people, they didn't look like the cloaks, they had guns and were armored, completely black.

I heard Samuel whisper ''Woah... Just like Alien movie''

He chuckled and Christina hit him in the head ''Keep your mouth shut... They could hear us'' 

When she said that thing we heard a gun noise from behind us. We turned around with hands raised. They were three guards with guns aimed at us ''Shit'' I heard Samuel mumble.

They talked some language that I couldn't understand ''I don't understand you''

They chuckled ''Get up''

We obeyed and stoop up with hands still raised. They cuffed our hands and took us to the grey house. When I'm standing so close to it, it looks so much bigger.

We walked inside and I was in awe. It was so modern here. So many plants, not something we have seen from the moment we left the city. There were a lot of guards here with guns and they all were looking at us.

Suddenly we heard someone say ''Well well well... What do we have here?''

We were turned around and saw a man, he looked around 30 and had dark hair and a beard with blue eyes. I gulped, this probably is the leader, I thought.

He looked us up and down ''Not from around here are you?''

I cleared my throat ''No''

He walked towards me ''Where are you from?''

I didn't say anything just looked at him. I didn't know if he was an enemy or not. He understood that I won't talk ''Not a talker are you?'' Passed a couple of seconds ''Well... Im Jonathan. And what is your name?''

I won't talk with him. He sighed and went towards Samuel who was stuttering. Jonathan asked ''Where did you come from?''

Samuel was about to talk when a voice from behind us said. A voice we all knew. A voice I missed ''Talk and I will cut your tongue off''

''Carlo'' I breathed out.
