Blake's POV
I stretch my legs as I wait for coach beiste on the football field, I asked her to put Artie on the football team since I saw how sad he's been since his break up with Tina, it may sound stupid but I mean this team sucks so why not
I see all the guys pointing causing me to turn around to see Artie suites up along with Finn, I heard he's back on the team and well I'm not letting him ruin our season
I smile at Artie as he rolls over to me
"Thanks Blake, I don't know how you changed Coaches mind" He says as he high fives me
"I just told her that it could work and how it could work but either way I'm glad to have you on the team" I say causing him to smile, i wheel him over to the guys as we all start practice
"Blake" I hear behind me, I turn around to see Rachel look into at me, still wearing my letterman, I smile subconsciously and run over to her
"Hey I though I said until glee club" I say but she smiles and melts into the jacket more
"I'm not returning it yet but I just wanted to ask your locker combo, I'm no longer comfortable in this and I talked to Finn, I said he can join the team and that we shouldn't be controlling each other" Rachel says causing me to smile and nod
"Well that's good, just stick by that ok and trust him, I may not like him but I have to let you be happy" I say smiling sadly
"Well I'm hoping your happy too" Rachel says causing me to look at her confused
"What do you mean" I say
"Your dating Quinn aren't you" She says causing me to laugh
"Oh god no, I may have comforted her but I don't like her like that" I say causing Rachel to sigh in relief
"Good but can I have you locker combo please" She says awkwardly as she shifts from one foot to the other
"Yes it's 39-39-10 and it's locker 16" I say
Rachel nods and pulls on my jersey to pull me down to her height, she gives me a kiss on the cheek before running off to the locker room, I smile as I watch her walk off
I turn around to see an angry Finn staring at me as he stands with the team, If she has to trust him if all people, he needs to trust her
I walk over and Finn continues to glare at me as we start practicing
This is going to be a long practice

We sit in glee club as Artie and Finn explain the way Artie is going to play football with us, Santana look at me when Artie mentions I got him on the team but I just shrug and let it be
"And it gave me the courage to tell Coach beiste to let Finn and I on the team" Artie says causing Rachel's head to spin back
"Wait your back in the football team" She says causing me to look at her strangely
"Yea I got back in the team today" Finn says causing Rachel to glare at him and turn back around
"Rachel I thought you talked to him" I say, she doesn't meet my eyes
"I did but now I'm staring to feel my insecurities build up inside" she says, I just put my arm around her
Mr.Shue walks in as we all start talking about Brittany
"Ok everyone, I've decide to let you guys do Brittany at the homecoming assembly" he says as we all cheer
"Now you can thank Kurt and Blake for convincing me because trust me they gave me a lot to think about" Mr.Shue says causing me and Kurt high five each other

I walk back to the locker room as I forgot my Louth guard in my locker, I walk in to see Rachel and Finn talking but soon they turn around to look at me
"Sorry forgot my mouth guard" I say as I awkwardly walk to my locker
"Just make it quick I'm talking to my girl" Finn says causing me to roll my eyes
"You know Finn, Blake here actually helped me realize that you are such a punk" Rachel says causing my head to shoot up
"What did I do again" I say confused
"Yea what did she do" Finn says looking at Rachel
"She helped me realize that you seem to only care about yourself and how your viewed, so much so that you couldn't even defend me from Santana and Brittany" Rachel says causing Finn to just put his head down
"And it really hurts to know that you care more about popularity more than me" Rachel says
"I don't, I care about you way more than being popular, and I really love you Rachel so here's how it's gonna be, I'm going to be quarterback and I'm going to score a touchdown in a game and I'm going to point to you in the stands so that everyone knows your my girlfriend" Finn says before pulling Rachel close, Rachel looks at him adoringly causing me to shake my head
"Ima head out" I say without looking for an answer, I grab my mouth guard and leave the locker room tryin got resist the urge to beat Finn up
I know he's lying

I take a deep breath as I adjust my shirt and my hat, we're gearing up for the performance and I am seriously nervous
"Feeling nervous" Quinn says can she comes in front of me, she looks so......sexy in her outfit
"Yea I am, I've never been the lead before and I'm oddly performing with Mr.Shue which I'm very uncomfortable with" I say causing us both to laugh
"Your very talented Blake, I believe in you" She says causing me to smile at her, I look over to see Rachel looking at us with a look that could kill
She made her choice, I'm just gonna do me for now
"Break a leg St James" Quinn says flirtatiously before walking away
I smile as I watch her walk away but soon take a deep breath before getting into position
This is it
A/n well then, now I have to write this weird ass scene with Mr.Shue preforming Toxic with the glee kids, I'm so uncomfortable watching this yet I love this performance 😂😂😂it's creepy and inappropriate but it was kind cool I just wish Will was a STUDENT AND NOT A TEACHER 😐
