Promise me.

Connor and I walked around the campus about 13 times, but I didn't mind. We were in a very comfortable silence, plus I watched the sunset which was beautiful if I might say.

We walked back to the dorm buildings slowly. I think we both know neither of us wants to go inside, it's just perfect outside. We get to the door and before I can open in it he stops me.

"Oh so no goodnight?....I see how it is!" He acts sadly. I giggle a little bit at his remark.
"I'm sorry I'm just tired." I pout
"Don't worry it's fine....goodnight Jen."
"Night" I smile.
I turn around and open the door. I turn around to see him slowly walking back and a looking back a few times. I turn back and close the door and go up to my dorm. I open the door and Jessica flies on me and hugs me. I'm in total shock and she brings me to her end and sits me down.

"How was the date?! Tell me everything! If he touched you or hurt you I will break his face!" Wow she had a Sister side to her. It's good though.

"Now, now, it wasn't a date...but a few things did happen..." Her face lit up.
"TELL ME!!" Ugh should I? I wait a minute and decide to tell her
"Okay, so we walked around campus and we talked. He asks things about myself, maybe held my hand for a bit and we said goodnight the end." I wasn't lying but I didn't tell her everything.

"Oh come on that's it?" She says disappointed
"What do you expect, us to get married? I just met him a few hours ago settle down" I say jokingly, yet serious.
"Okay okay I'll calm myself."
"Okay good, now go watch Netflix while I go grab something to eat from the vending machine."
"Ugh okay."

I walk out of the dorm and go to the vending machine. I put in a few quarters in and push the button for a small bag of Cheetos. I grab the bag and turn around and bump into someone. Yet that someone was Connor.

"Connor? What are you doing here on the girls dorm floor?" I asked confused.
"Oh...yeah I came to see you. You dropped your bracelet when we said goodnight." I take the bracelet slowly.
"Oh uh..thanks."
"Your welcome. Text me when you get back to your dorm. I miss you!"
"Oh con, your too sweet might as well live with you" I joke
"Will you?!" He asks jokingly also
"Yes!!!" I joke again
We laugh it off and just stand there staring at each other. I never noticed how amazing his eyes were.

"Okay well...goodnight I'll text you in a few." I say turning around walking.
I only got a few steps because he grabbed my arm and threw his arms around me. Whoa. I hug back and giggle a bit because he is acting like this. Wait...why is he acting like this? Hmm. I like it though. Jen...you have only known him a few hours calm yo self!

I pull away and say goodnight and walk to my dorm. Before I can open the door Jessica pulls me in.

"Oh my god!!!! I saw everything!!! He totally likes you!!"
"He may but I don't know."
"I know he likes you, I mean he literally took you into his arms for no reason! He does like you!" He says excitedly
"Well we'll have to find out."

I change it to pjs and wipe off my make up. I walk to my bed and lay down eating my Cheetos and on my phone. I text Connor

Me: Hey :)

Connor: Hay Boo :) what's up?

Me: Lol nothing much just eating and texting you. How about you?

Connor: Watching tv and thinking

Me: Uh oh about what?

Connor: YouTube

Me: Oh is everything okay

Connor: Yeah just wondering what I will do in my video that I'm Filming tomorrow... Will you film with me?! Pleaseeeee!

Me: Uh... I don't know... They will pick out my insecurities

Connor: There is nothing wrong with you. Don't think like that. Your perfect

Me: I don't know if I think the same thing..

Connor: Please stop thinking those things. You are perfectly fine the way you are. If they say anything they are just jealous. Promise me.

Me: I promise.

I promise...
