The Greatest Holy Grail War

Chapter 1: "Black Team Summoning"

"Another grail war has started." Was the announcement to all seven people in the room with the young man who announced it. "And I'm sure you all know... as you are all the masters for this incoming war."

"So that's what the thing on my hand is." One of them Muttered. He was a young lad with bright brown hair, blue eyes and round glasses on his face. His name was haruto Hideyoshi, he was part of a small magi's family with no notable achievements.

"I can't believe I got caught up in another one of these." A woman mumbled. She had brown hair, and brown eyes. She was called rin tohsaka, one of the seven masters during the fifth holy grail war.

"It's only natural the grail would choose someone as great as me." Another one thought. He had dyed blond hair with green eyes. He was shiro kenshin, he was part of a prominent magus family that had a record of producing brilliant magus's. Of course this made him arrogant, and everyone knew it but didn't do anything for fear of getting on his family's bad side.

"This could be interesting." An old man said, he had grey hair and his skin was wrinkling. His name was Rocco Belfeban.

The other three didn't have any thoughts on the war they were going to be participating in.

"Why are we gathered? There are seven of us here and it's supposed to be a war against seven servants." Rin pointed out.

"The war has changed. I've been assigned by the wizard Marshall Zelretch to inform you of what has changed." The man explained, although it would be difficult to call him a man. He looked like he only just got out of his teenage years.

"So what changed?" A man asked, he was in his mid twenties with black hair that went down to his shoulders, he had glasses on his face.

"Well, for some reason, inactive ley lines have recently become active. And the mana it is producing is constantly being drained, we only recently learned the cause of this... which is the holy grail. So now instead of just seven servants it's summoning twenty one. Which would mean three teams. The clock tower plans on using all of you as one team to win this war." He explained.

"So what does the person that wins get?" Shiro asked. If he won he already knew what he wanted, he was already the best at magecraft in his family with more magic circuits than anyone in it. Now he just needed the women, one woman could never satisfy him. So he wanted a harem of the most beautiful women from the holy grail.

"The clock tower wants the holy grail for their own purposes. But... if one of you were to win, and accidentally make a wish, I suppose there is nothing we could do." They all got the message, if you wanted to make a wish, do so. Just make sure you don't tell them it was on purpose.

"Have the other teams summoned their servants?" Rin asked, she knew how important true names of heroic spirits were. She didn't see the importance of them at the start of her war but she knew how important they were now.

"Not fully. One team has summoned a berserker and a saber, and we believe the rest are going to summon their servants tonight. The clock tower has given access to some of the most powerful catalysts they have for your servants." He said, also his name was caules Forvedge.

"Not to be rude, but I have a servant in mind I want to summon. I already have a catalyst for him." The man with shoulder length hair said.

"Same. I already have everything. Once I saw the mark I started my preparations." Rin said.

Caules sighed but nodded. "Thats fine, they might not be happy but it's not like you're guaranteed to summon the servant you want with a catalyst, it only improves the chances."
