Chapter 15

-1 Year Later-

A soulmate is like a best friend but more

"Hurry up we're gonna be late niall!" 

It's the one person in the world that knows you better than anyone else

"Babe! i'm starvin give me a break!" he said panting as he ran beside me through the crowd

It's someone who makes you a better person

 "There you guys are!" liam said pulling me into a quick hug

Well actually, they don't make you a better person you do that yourself because they inspire you

"I missed you! how was your break? the family ok?" I said giving him a kiss on the cheek. He nodded his head yes. A pair of arms quickly pulled me from behind and gave me a big bear hug, it was zayn "hi love!" he said sweetly, it quickly turned cheeky when he asked, "how was mama horan?" he winked. I spent the holidays with niall and his family seeing as i'm just starting to only speak with my mom again, they were all very understanding. 

A soulmate is someone you cary with you forever

 I turned to louis and harry and watched as they seemed to have been whispering sweet nothing to each other, laughing and giggling away. It was freezing out here in the new york cold yet they seemed content just wrapped up in each others arms, it was sweet.

It's the one person who knew you and accepted you and believed in you before anyone else did, or when no one else would

 I caught harry's eye and he gave me a quick wave and a smile that said so much more than just a simple "hi" it's been a long year, the band was still going strong but fans went down of course it was expected because not everyone was accepting. The boys seemed content though, their lives were stable, not as hectic as before. My thoughts were side tracked as I felt a tug on my arm from a very regretful looking irish boy, "what?" i said with a serious tone but a very unserious face. He pouted, "i'm sorry for almost making us late forgive me?" he added a whimper, i acted like I was thinking about it, "yeah..ok..if you give me my new years kiss.." he pulled me closer by my jacket "hmm sounds like a reasonable deal" The people around us started the count down

"10..9...8..7..6..5..4" we were staring into each others eyes and time was moving slowly, but time was always like that with niall, moving ever so slowly or way too fast, that's what I liked about him, he seemed to endlessly control time.

"3..2..1..happy new year!" and all of a sudden time is moving too fast as confetti is falling all around us and kisses are being exchanged. "I love you" I whisper, I didn't think he'd hear me with everyone screaming but he did, he does, he always does. "I love you too" he said kissing me again.  

And no matter what happens you'll always love them, nothing could ever change that.
