Leonardo's POV

"So, What did you want to talk about Leo?" Ma asked me as we sat in her office

It was around 2am and Katerina and Nicolette were asleep as we were talking about the situation with mauricio in my moms office

"Well it's Mauricio, So Basically i reunited him and katerina , Supposedly he works for a big tech company in London" I told her as i stood up and showed her everything on the projector

"Bueno, What is so confusing about that?" She told me as she studied the screen

"The confusing part is that he works for a huge tech company and he couldn't find anything about his sister this whole time and on top of all of that supposedly he is involved with the italian mafia just like sebastian and sebastian is Nicolette's father and katerina's EX, That's the confusion part" i told her as i sat across from her

"That is pretty weird, Well let's try to contact their aunt that lives in london too" She insisted

"You have her number?" i asked her as i took a sip of my drink

"Sí mijo" she replied as she called Katerina's aunt on speaker

The line ringed for around 15 seconds before she answered

"To what do I owe the pleasure of the infamous Rose De los santos calling me" she said with a laugh following behind

"Cut the crap alicia I don't have time for your bullshit, Listen What's Going on with mauricio supposedly being involved with the italian mafia" My mom asked her

"Ugh so harsh Rose, But I don't really have anything he hasn't reached out to me in over 6 years since he left london to go to the countryside to go live with some girl and apparently they were gonna get married" Alicia said

"Wait a second, So Mauricio does not live in London?" I asked her because now it was getting even more confusing

"Nope" Alicia replied

"FUCK, alright alicia thanks" I said before hanging up the phone as i said goodnight to my mom and headed to me and Katerina's room

I walked into the room and saw Nicolette Fast asleep in her Crib as katerina was fast asleep on the bed

I walked in the bathroom to change as i was brushing my teeth i thought to myself

'What the hell is Mauricio planning?'

I finished and got into bed with Katerina

"Leo?" She whispered

"Yes Amor?" I whispered back as she leaned into my chest while i put my arm around her waist

"Where were you?" She asked

"having a chat with my mom. Why, Did you miss me?" I smiled

"You wish, Now go to sleep" she said as she fell back to sleep

"Yes ma'am" i laughed as i got comfortable as i fell asleep too
