"You know you're a pain in the ass right?" Liam asked walking with Theo through the beacon hills woods. Or that's what they called it. They were lost.

"You're the one who thought there was a dead body- and you called me at like 4 am in the morning, just to come here in the woods with you. Liam, I swear to fucking god, I was trying to have a goodnight sleep in my truck and you had to ruin it-"

"Wait. You sleep in-" Liam tripped over a rock. He whimpered in pain.

"Your car?" He finished his sentence though.

Theo helped him up. But he still didn't answer the question.

After a moment of silence. Liam spoke up. "Why didn't you tell me?" Liam's voice was soft.

"And what would I tell you? 'hey Liam I sleep in my truck' 'I'm homeless'? Huh?"

"Also it's none of your business. I wouldn't tell someone who doesn't care. I don't need anyone." Theo was pissed off.

"And what makes you think I don't care? If you told me, I wouldn't judge you." Liam replied.

Theo didn't reply. But he heard Liam. He didn't know what to reply.

"You didn't even bring your truck." Liam spoke again because he hated silence.

"Liam, you can't drive cars in here. You have to walk, dumbass." Theo said with a sarcastic tone.

"Yeah I know." Liam chuckled. Even though it wasn't funny. At least not to him.

Suddenly Theo grabbed his wrist and ran towards a big tree to hide. But from what? Liam was just enjoying the slow walk and watching Theo laugh. It was a rare thing. Theo had to ruin the moment.

"Dude what the-" Theo pinned him against the tree lightly. Putting a finger on his lips. "Shut up dumbass. There's something. Mm.. like hunters maybe.." Liam couldn't breath even if he wanted to. He wanted to shallow but he couldn't. That's a strange feeling. Theo was looking for hunters. He could feel Theo's breath on his cheeks.

"Stop I can't breath!" Liam pushed Theo away because he didn't want to think about something else right now.

"Oh, did I take your breath away Dunbar?" Theo laughed. Liam glared at him.

It's not funny. Theo's a literal psychopath. He can't understand Normal people's feelings. What a dumbass.

"Are they still there?" liam asked.

"No I don't think so.. but they can come back. There were five of them and just us two. We can't take them so had to hide." Theo answered.

"I mean- we could take them. We took more than 5 hunters that night. I think we can take every hunter if we fight together." Stupid mouth what did you just say. Theo smiled.

"Yeah but we're not doing that. I can't risk my life for you. It's not my thing." Theo's smile disappeared.

"Oh.. me- me neither. It's stupid." He just lied. But Theo didn't. Maybe he did but whatever. Why does it matter anyways?

"Are you just gonna stare at me weirdo? Or let's just go home." Liam spoke after some moments of Theo staring at him.

They started walking through the woods trying to catch scents of humanity or whatever.

"Why were always you trying to save me?" Liam had to break the silence again.

Theo turned his gaze to look at Liam.
"I don't know. I thought you'd get yourself killed. Or you'd kill people which you'll regret and the night at the war I was leaving this hellhole and Scott, your true alpha called me and told me to get you out of there."

"But you could just leave, you didn't have to do it." Liam said curious.

"I didn't want to miss the opportunity to get in the pack." Theo said straight to his face. Liam was listening to his heartbeat the whole time. Now. Theo was lying.

"You know, I'm a werewolf. So stop lying." Liam said stepping closer to Theo.

"I didn't want you getting hurt. alright?" Theo said the truth this time.

"Um-" Liam's head was completely empty. He didn't know what to say. He shallowed. Theo's still looking at him.

"Thanks." Liam said slowly. He didn't believe his own fucking mouth. He didn't just thank Theo. That's ridiculous. Why should he thank him?

"I'm never doing this again so don't get used to it." Theo didn't have any respect for people. What an asshole.

"I can protect myself I don't need you and I don't want your help. fuck off." Liam was so pissed off. He wanted to punch Theo in the face. He turned around and started walking the other way.

"If you do that then you'll get lost. We don't have networks here so you can't even call me, dumbass." Theo yelled.

That was the moment when an arrow flew towards the beta. Theo jumped on Liam to protect him. Theo was on the top of Liam. They were lucky.

"Dude what the fu-" Liam questioned.

"Don't move. There's hunters." Theo said. Liam could feel Theo's breath ghosting his lips. He couldn't breath. It was like Theo was attacking him with those breaths. It made him so nervous.

They slowly got up after some minutes. Liam finally started breathing.

Theo looked around to see if there were hunters.

"You're not telling me the truth, are you?" Liam asked without hesitation.

"What?"

"You didn't just have to save me. You could just leave me dead. But you didn't." Liam didn't know why he wanted to know it.

"You wanna know the truth?" Theo asked. Liam nodded. Theo cleared his throat before speaking.

"You know, I learned a lot of things from you. You almost dying to save your friends. You're a stupid beta that changed me. Not actually but like I changed myself. Because of you.
First, I saved you cause I thought that I owed you. But then I realized that I wasn't just doing it for that. I also wanted to save you. Because you're a little dumbass who needs to be protected. You know I wasn't supposed to have feelings. Now I do and I hate it.. I tried to ignore these stupid feelings for you and it just won't go away." Liam stood there completely speachless.

"Okay. You happy now? With the stupid truth?" Theo asked. Now Theo's heart almost beating as fast as his.

"It's not stupid." Liam finally spoke after eternity. Liam grabbed Theo's neck pulling him closer and their lips met. It was harsh at first but Liam slowed down when he realized Theo's kissing him back. Hands on his waist puling him as close as he could.

They breathed into each other's mouth as they pulled away. Faces still so close. Then Theo noticed something that he didn't notice earlier. The arrow was Argent's. The logo was Argent's. Which means they could be closer. They can finally get out of this shitty woods and make out somewhere better.

"Liam, I think we should find Argent."
Theo said looking at Liam.

"What?"

"Argent, he was the hunter. Look it's their arrow." Theo said pointing at the arrow.

"Oh my- why didn't we notice this before."

"Because we were too busy making out." Theo smirked.

Liam mentally face palmed. His cheeks burning red. Maybe making out with a murderous psychopath wasn't too bad.

"Let's go make out somewhere else...... Safe." Theo whispered to Liam's ear. Liam choked on the air. Theo chuckled.

"Shut up, asshole chimera." Liam said.

"Let's go dumbass." Theo held his hand. Showing him the way where Criss went. Liam felt good. After a long time, he felt happy and more like himself. He liked it.
