The office was quite empty. Only Ranpo sat at his desk, his hat covering his face as he tried to sleep through the day. She wasn't sure where everyone else was at. But Misaki likes the silence.

Misaki sat at her desk playing a random game. But the thoughts from earlier s conversation began to fill her head. She smiled to herself. And if anything, she wished to talk more about it with Kyouka.

Misaki out the game down and looked at the bottom drawer of her desk. She never bothered to ever open it, the box was filled with painful memories. But why the sudden urge to open it, probably because of Kyouka.

Misaki opened it up and pulled out a small pile of papers. They were drawings, from the orphans. She kept every single one of them. All their names were written on the bottom corner of each one. Of course most of them were just scribbles, but she still kept them. And for the first time in four years since she looked at them, Misaki smiled.

The door to the room opened, entering Dazai. But Misaki wasn't at all paying attention. Dazai looked over at her, and saw the small smile on her lips as she looked at the papers. Confused, Dazai walked to her and looked over her shoulder. He saw the drawings, and was surprised to not see her in pain.

"You look like you're in a good mood." He commented.

Misaki looked up at the boy, her smile never disappearing. "Kyouka and I had a nice conversation earlier. The reason I'm like this is her doing."

She looked back down at the papers and shuffled through them carefully, not wanting to tear them up by accident.

"Is that so, what did you guys talk about?" Dazai leaned down to her level and showed off his stupid grin.

Misaki used her finger to push him away. "What the two of us talked about has nothing to do with you. Leave the girl talk to the two of us."

"Come on, I want to know all the juicy stuff you were talking about. Come on. Spill the beans." He bugged.

"Not a chance, Dazai."

The boy pouted, but it turned into a small smile. "At least I get to see you smile for once. It looks genuine, and not forced. It makes me quite relieved."

"Glad you feel that way."

Misaki's phone suddenly started buzzing in her pocket. "Hello?"

"It's Kyouka, can you come?" She asked.

Misaki could hear the sadness in her voice. Seemed like she needed someone. "Sure thing, send you location and I'll be there in a few."

Misaki hung up the phone and put it back on her pocket. "I'm guessing something went wrong." Dazai guessed.

"She sounded pretty upset. I'm sure Atsushi notified the president already. I'm going to start heading out. See you later."

Misaki put on her jacket and walked out the door. Dazai looked down at her desk and saw the papers still there. Dazai grabbed the papers and gently put them back in the drawer.

"Call Yosano." He heard. Dazai looked over at Ranpo as watched him sit back up and out on his hat. "We're going to run into some trouble soon."

"How bad do you think it'll be?" Dazai asked.

"We'll just have to wait and see about that?"

Misaki spotted Atsushi and Kyouka sitting together. Kyouka looked ashamed of herself. Misaki understood the it was going to be difficult for her to try and fit in with the Agency. She was going to have to work on trusting others and working together. The Port Mafia wasn't so friendly compared to the agency.
