"Who the heck are you?" The hybrid asked. I took a second to think before I told him. On the one hand, these people had just saved my life so that seemed trustworthy. But on the other hand I didn't know what their intentions were, for all I know once they found out I was a princess they might hold me for ransom. So I went with the safe option. "I'm a trader, I was just making my way to SkyHaven Kingdom."
They looked just a bit confused. "Where's your stuff?" The human one asked. Thet reminded me of the whole zombie/skeleton/spider skirmish. "Oh it's back here on the ground." I made sure to walk to it so they didn't think I was running away.
"By the way I didn't catch any of your guy's names." I said. "Oh sorry, my names Tubbo," He said pointing to himself, " that guy is Ranboo," this time he pointed to the hybrid, " and this little kid is Michael," finally he pointed to the piglin. That instantly made me realize who they were. "Oh you're Technoblade's little brother." I told Tubbo. "Well adopted brother yes."
That instantly made me trust them more. "We never got your name either." Ranboo said. "Oh right, y/n is my name." I told him. Michael gasped, " You have the name of the princess." He said in a tiny voice. I just laughed. "Ya my parents named me after her, I'm about a year younger though."
"Say you guys wouldn't be able to help me get to SkyHaven Kingdom would you?" I asked. "We could help you, but we've got to go to the village first." Tubbo said. "Uhh why?" I asked. "Well for one thing it's a lot easier to travel in a carriage then it is on foot. Second I am not taking Michael with us. Finally I don't know if you've heard but our village is a bit small, one of us has to stay there to watch things." Tubbo gestured to Ranboo and himself on the last point.
"Oh right." I said, feeling a bit stupid. "Well which one of you is going with me?" I asked. "I will, I know the way pretty well and I am a better driver." Ranboo said. "Ah come on I'm not that bad, plus I could finally see Phil and Techno again." Tubbo said. "Are you sure, because you won't be able to see Michael for a bit, and you will be leaving ME in charge." Ranboo told him. "Yes I'm sure, come on y/n I'll show you to the carriage, Ranboo make sure Michael is ok and that the Villagers know I'm gone." Tubbo said. "Ok, ok I got this Tubbo, go see your family and have fun." Ranboo told him. Tubbo smiled and told me to follow him.
We reached the carriage in a few minutes. "Have you ever ridden in one of these?" He asked. "Oh yes a few times actually." I told him. "That's strange considering traders ussually have caravans." He said looking at me with a look that said, I know your lying. I decided to just come clean. "Yeah so this is going to sound a bit complicated but you know how Michael said my name is the princesses name, well I am that princess." I told him, he honestly didn't seem to freaked out. "If I'm gonna be honest I kinda already expected that, but why do you wanna go to SkyHaven Kingdom." He asked. "Well I've been hanging out with Techno for the last few months and realized that my father is wrong on a few things. He doesn't like SkyHaven Kingdom, he blames them for my mother's death and thinks that if he can get revenge on them then suddenly everything will be ok." I told him.
"But.. I thought Phil and Roy were friends." Tubbo said. "They used to be but my father has taken a turn for the worse, I don't even know if I should blame him because it was clearly my mothers death that sent him on this path." I said. "Well the best thing you can do is try to correct his path." Tubbo told me. "I don't think that's possible, last knew he was planning to attack SkyHaven Kingdom, which means we have to get there fast." That seemed to set Tubbo into defense mode. "Well you didn't tall me that, come on we need to go, now."
