Chapter Five

*Lana's POV*
"Hey Lana." Jen said and walked up to me. I smiled. "Hey Jen." I said. "Can we talk? Privately?" She asked. I nodded and we walked towards her trailer. "So, Sebastian just asked me out." She said and looked at me. We're best friends, so, I guess she just wants my opinion? "Oh.. What did you say?" I asked. "I haven't yet. I kinda wanted to know your opinion on it." She said. I sighed. I wanted to tell her to say no so I could be with her. But, I'm with Fred anyways. "Well, I uh.. I think if you want to, you should go for it." I said. She nodded. We walked out of her trailer and met with the rest of the group. Jen left me and went and stood with Sebastian. I stared at them. He's staring at her like a piece of meat. She smiled and he smiled back, then wrapped his arm around her waist. He kissed her cheek lightly and she blushed. That should be me making her blush. "Lana!" A voice called me out of my trance. I quickly looked to Adam, who was staring at me, along with everyone else. Including the woman I was staring at, Jen. "W-What?" I stuttered. "I said, we need some young Regina shots today." Adam said in an annoyed tone. I nodded and stared at the ground. Ugh. I need to control my thoughts. *time lapse* It's finally Friday. This has been the longest week ever. Jen and Sebastian have gone out every night. Jen and I always hang out. But, we haven't gotten to because of their dates. I sighed as I sat in my trailer alone, on the lunch break. Then, Jen came in. "Hey." She said and smiled. I smiled weakly. "Ginny, Josh, Megan, Michael , Rebecca, Rose, Sebastian and I are going out tonight. You should come." She said. I raised an eyebrow. "Sounds like date night to me." I said. She shrugged. "We're all just hanging out." She said. "Well, thanks for the offer, but I think I'll pass." I said. "No. Please come. I know you and Fred are fighting right now and I think it'd be good for you to come. Get your mind off of things for a while." She said and genuinely looked upset by my answer. "Jen.. I don't-" I started but she cut me off. "You're coming. We're going right after the last scene is shot." She said. I sighed and nodded and she walked out of my trailer. By 8 pm, we were done. We drove to a karaoke bar and we all went in. We sat down at a large booth and I noticed one person wasn't there. Sebastian. I raised an eyebrow, but didn't think anything of it. Then, he walked out on stage and everyone clapped. Most people who came here, knew all of us. But, they're more chill and laid back. "Hey guys. My name's Sebastian and tonight, I'm going to be singing All Of Me." he said and winked at Jen. I sighed.
"What would I do without your smart mouth? Drawing me in and you kicking me out. Got my head spinning. No kidding. I can't pin you down.

What's going on in that beautiful mind? I'm on your magical, mystery ride. And I'm so dizzy, don't know what hit me, but I'll be alright.

He sang. As he finished, everyone clapped. Jen was smiling and staring at him. I rolled my eyes, not clapping. I looked at the table. "Alright! Who's next?" The dj called out. I stood up and walked over. "Hey, I want to do Let Her Go by Passenger please." I said. He smiled and nodded. Everyone I had come with, was staring at me. I grabbed the mic and walked to the middle of the stage. "Hey. I'm Lana and I'm going to be doing Let Her Go." I said. Jen and Sebastian were talking and not paying attention. I couldn't help but stare at Jen as the music started.
"Well, you only need the light when it's burning low. Only miss the sun when it starts to snow. Only know you love her when you let her go.
