Liv: age 8
"Mummy, where are we going?" I asked my mummy kasi sobrang dalang lang talaga namin umalis.
"We're going to meet some business associates, baby." Mummy said with a smile.
"Okay!"
....
After a long ride, bumaba na kami sa car at pagkakita ko sa surroundings namin ay namangha ako kasi sobrang ganda ng mansion! It's even bigger than ours!
"Okay baby, I want you to be in your best behavior, because we're going to meet some very important associates." Sabi ni mummy habang naglalakad kami papunta sa loob ng mansion.
"Welcome Madams of the Fernandez family!" All the maids and guards are all lined up into two, paving us a way to enter.
Walang sinabi yung labas ng mansion nila, the inside looks great! I wonder who lives here?
"Dito po kayo pinapapunta, Madam." We entered their dining hall and sat down on the chairs provided for us.
"Welcome, Therese!" My mummy and another lady hugged each other.
"Is that little Liv I see?" Tanong nung babae.
"Say hi, baby."
"Hi po." I shyly said.
"Oh Liv, hindi mo na kailangan maging shy sa'kin. I'm your tita and your mom and I are good friends." She said with a kind smile.
I smiled back at her.
"Oh by the way, do you want to meet my son and his friends? Nasa play room sila. Go play with them." Sabi ni tita.
I asked my mom for permission at sabi niya okay lang daw. Kaya naman ay nagpatulong ako sa nanny nila, so that I could find my way to the play room.
"Andito po sila, ma'am."
"Okay, thank you!" And with that I went inside the play room.
Ooooohhh there's so many toys and games in here! It's like paradise!
"Who are you?" Someone said in an accusing tone.
I looked at where the voice came from and saw three boys. Yung isa mukhang mayabang na naka kulot ang buhok, yung isa naman nakakaasar yung tingin niya sa'kin, at yung isa naman wala lang mukhang tahimik.
"What's a girl doing here?" Sabi nung may nakakalokong tingin.
"Bakit bawal ba? Sabi ni tita pwede raw." Pagsagot ko sa kanila.
"Huh? Pwede? Sa pagkakaalam ko only kids like us are allowed here. Who's your dad anyway?" Tanong nung kulot.
"My father is the owner of Fernandez and Co. and I will be the heir to that company." Pagmamalaki ko.
"Ohhh is that so? Well, I think you could join us. We're just like you anyways." Finally! They've accepted me in their tiny group.
"Ha?! Papayagin mong sumali yang babaeng yan dahil lang anak siya ni Mr. Fernandez?" Reklamo nung may nakakalokong tingin kanina.
"Ano bang problema mo sa akin ha?!" I'm mad now because of his behavior. I mean who wouldn't accept me?
"Aba sumasagot toh haaa! Humanda ka sa'kin!" Hinabol niya ko ng hinabol habang ako naman ay tumatakbo papalayo. Ayaw ko ngang masaktan dahil sa kaniya. As I ran, hindi ko napansin na may laruan pala sa harapan ko kaya nadulas ako nang sakto nabangga ako nung lalaki at an unexpected thing happened we fell down on the floor and he stole my first kiss!
"AHHHHHH!" We ran away from each other. Ugh! I'll never forgive that boy!
Yung dalawa naman na nakakita ay humahalaklak na sa tuwa.
