"Yow dude! Wait for me!" Sigaw ni Liam.
"Tsk.. ano bang problema mo?"
Currently we're at the base, and I'm doing my daily workout.
"Ang aga-aga mo kasing nagwowork out. Ba't 'di mo ko hinintay?" Reklamo ng reklamo 'tong Liam na to nakakairita.
'Di ko nalang siya pinansin at patuloy nalang akong nag work out.
"Pff.. What got you so pissed?" Liam headed towards the treadmill.
"None of your business."
We do this 3 times a week. Workouts allow us to be physically ready for anything.
"Jeez.. You're back to your cold self again? Akala ko pa naman dahil nandyan na si Nikki di ka na babalik sa phase na 'yan."
"Bonjour everyone!" Masayang pagbati ni Liv.
"Aba naman, galing ka yata sa pabibong French na pinsan ni Ton. No offense Ton!" Saad ni Liam.
"None taken." Reply ni Ton.
"HA?! Porket nag bonjour ako sinasabihan mo na akong ganyan? Bakit selos ka noh?" Ayan nanaman ang away nang mag asawa.
"Ano nana—"
"Shush it will you?" Sabat ko sa kanila.
"Hmp! Basta di pa tayo tapos." Liv told him with a glare.
"Quen! Ang galing ni Nikki noh?" My friends also call me Quen. Sila lang pati ang pamilya ko ang pinapayagan kong tumawag sa'kin nun.
"Of course, she's good. Or else hindi siya mapupunta sa section natin." I replied.
"Just admit it. You grew more fond of herrrr!" Liv said in a teasing tone.
"Whatever."

"Any new updates, Ton?" I asked him. Since the robbery incident kagabi ay wala pang out of the usual na nangyari.
"So far wala pa. Pero I'm curious. What got your mood changed kahapong bago tayo kumain sa restaurant ni Mikael?" Ton so observant as usual.
"Got a text message from dad. He texted me that he and mom won't be coming home for a while. Something about business affiliations and such." Sagot ko.
"Ugh! The price you have to pay for a rich life." Sabi ni Liv with a hint of disgust.
"Well, that's how life works bro. It ain't fair." Liam stretched his arms and headed towards the kitchen.
Naawa lang talaga ako sa kapatid ko. She doesn't deserve this. Ilang beses ko na siyang nakikitang nahihirapan dahil sa sitwasyon namin, but still I just can't fill the gap my parents could only fill. She needs them.
"Look in the bright side nalang, Quen. She has good friends now." Tama si Liv. She has friends now.
"Detective Ren messaged us. May kailangan daw tayong gawin. We should meet him in the alley near his office." Ton said.
"Ihhh kakakain ko palang ehh.."
"Come on, you big panda! Aalis na tayo." Hinila ni Liv si Liam.
Ngayon, nagpreprepare na kami para sa meeting namin. I grabbed my mask and weapons (just in case), and rode in my electric sports car. While the rest got ready themselves.
...
Nandito na kami sa sinabing meeting place. We're just waiting for Detective Ren to come out.
Hindi alam ni Detective Ren kung sino kami. He only knows that we're a feared gang in the underworld, at we only fight for what is right.
