I wish I could make a song out of my poetries,
But I'm not very good with melodies.
I wish I could rap on a verse about my scars,
But again, I'm not very good at spitting bars.I wish I could paint inside the lines,
Color a vessel or an empty shrine.
But I'm not very good at holding brushes,
No matter what I draw, all my effort diminishes.I wish I could build a house,
Paint flowers from pastel gouache.
But I'm not very good at cementing the open cracks,
Until I'm done tearing the wall apart, my muscles don't relax.I wish I could live up to my own expectations,
But my abstract is poorly written,
And I have no sense of alteration.I wish I could crowd myself with realities,
But I hardly find peace in serenity.-Azmii•
