I have written a song for you,
But it lacks phrases,
and it's falling short of rhymes.
I tried to pen down the moments where I was in love with you,
But I kept coming back to the time when there were just unfilled voids.
I have written a song for you,
to tell you what I couldn't conduct,
All those empty stares, lone walks
and a dejected future you couldn't predict.
I'm trying to open up to new pages,
to change my salutation,
Yet I keep coming back to your stories,
Even tho out of all my fantasies, you're the most unrealistic fiction.
I have written a song for you,
with my best words for my worst addiction.
