2. WHERE ARE YOU?

Yes! I miss you,
and the serenity of your embrace,
You wrapped around me,
and Oh! that fire blaze.

My head used to lay over your chest,
You were an embodiment of a crest.
Guiding me right through your mist,
Was I ever able to get the gist of it?

Why am I crying while scripting our obvious end?
Why am I missing you this much?
Why don't my eyes parch?
I can only see a pool, grimed over the absence of your touch.

I hope this isn't how it halts,
I wish my story to have a promising climax.

Can we go back to the beginning?
Can we start again?
Or is this going to be my fate?
Surviving alone, solely disowned?

I'm begging for empathy,
Why am I still being groaned?
