An Art I Would Always Wonder

The school started as usual, I was in the class organising some paper works. There is an event in a few weeks and it's gonna be at place name spring hill. I'm guessing it's gonna take more than an hour to reach as it's far and kind of way up from the valley. This is not the first time our school has hosted an event like this because last year it was exactly where seniors went so nothing's new on this one.

"yoooo sis!!!" the voice of the most annoying person rang through my ears

"don't talk to me, I don't know you" I said as she gave me back hug in the cutest way possible

" Tzu!! I'm sorry that I left you early that day "

" it's okay. I'm used to it" I replied while keeping the straight face

"hey! don't say that, I will never be able forgive myself! Tell me what shall I do to earn that bestfriend title back? Shall I jump from the chair or shall I kiss you?" she started as always being dramatic and chaotic and at this point no one cared of the act she did because we all were used to it

"no but thankyou anyways" i said while stacking papers altogether and clearing the table

"okay, so we're cool! Now...you have something to say what happened that night?" lili started teasing me and I knew what she was all about

"shut up lisa! There's everyone in the class so don't start" I warned her

"alright, you better tell me from A to Z at lunch time! I wanna know EVERYTHING!" she whispered before jumping out of the class. She then continued chattering and laughing out so damn loud with other students that her voice literally made it from corridors to the class.

"LALISA!!! IS THAT YOU? SHUT YOUR LOUD MOUTH EARLY IN THE MORNING" Mr.bang screamed from another room making everyone crack up

I took a sigh and with that our class began after few minutes and slowly everyone started taking their positions. I wonder where he has been, I mean he wasn't around in the morning when I was getting ready for school so my eyes began searching for him through each and every seats.

Mr.bang entered in a few seconds and everyone was in but again there was no sight of him

"where's he?" Lili whispered from my back

"I have no idea what you're talking about?"

"Gurrllll, c'mon drop that act! You know who I'm talkin' bout" she gave a little kick underneath my chair and I swear I'm gonna kick her ass for that, but later

It was past 5 minutes since the class had started. Mr.bang was busy taking everyone's attendance and luckily he managed to appear just at the time. He stood at the door looking charming as always while drawing evryone's attention

"grab your sit!" Mr.bang ordered

"so the test results are out and I have already pinned it in the bulletin board outside the hallway so make sure you all check it and if you have any problem with the marks then kindly visit my office!" he informed the class

half of the classes was over and very soon was our lunch break

the corridor was crowded, everyone was jumping on one another to see their results. Lili grabbed my hand and led me in the hallway through the middle of the crowd and after a seconds of pushing and pulling, we finally made our way at the front of the board where the result was visible

I skimmed through the result papers looking for Lili's name on it and dang my mouth left a gasp knowing that she managed to pass maths. I looked at her and her reaction was even more priceless. She pointed at the paper and me back and fourth and I was like I know, I know, you did well! She flinched a bit "how about you look yours first princess?"

"what do you mean?" I muttered then checked the paper once more and holy cow! for the first time, the paper didn't had my name printed at the top but at the second.

The name at the top pricked me like no one else and everyone at the back congratulated him for acing the exams. While I was about to turn away from the board, my head hit someone's chest

I looked up and it was indeed him

"did you drop your IQ?" he whispered

"i guess you stole it" I replied to which he smirked making everyone around go crazy over his action

Just then Irene popped up out of nowhere and she patted Taehyung's back.

"First of all, congrats on topping but can you please help me with my maths cuz I failed it terribly" she said and honestly I was not surprised at all. After all she really needed a help

"how about getting a real tutor and not me?" he replied sarcastically and the girls around the corridor ended up giggling at Irene

"oh c'mon, I really need someone to help me at school too. I mean teachers needs to focus on more than one so....what say?" she continued while I stood there like an idiot hearing their conversations knowing that I had other priorities which is to fill up my belly

I turned back and looked for lili and she was at the corner doing high-five's with jungkook and other boys. I was about to go and just then I heard him say "alright, arrive 1 hour earlier in the morning and I can clear your doubts" to which Irene jumped in an excitement

is he serious? Now I am definetly surprise at what I was hearing so I straight up turned 90 degree and looked back at him. I noticed, I was not the only girl who was surprised and stared at him for what he said but I should say that......I was the only girl he stared back at and chuckled

"do you need a tutor too cuz I guess you are having hard time to get at the top of the board" he said softly but loud enough to be heard by everyone around the hallway and he walked away just like that...... Since when did Irene became so friendly with him? Wait- No!!! Since when did he became this nicer to other girls?? My thoughts were eating me up alive and the only thing left to do was to run to Lili

Lili grabbed the most farther and corner table as soon as we enter the cafeteria and soon after a minute we sat, she brought up the same thing as before and this time, I knew I had to tell her because if i didn't she wouldn't let me live. I ended up telling her everything and each expressions she made in betweeen was priceless. She almost teared up in some parts while she excitedly throwed her hands up in the air in other parts. She cringed at some and so did I but at the end we both stared at each other, sipping orange juice

"So...you like him?" she whispered while moving her face closer to mine

"to be honest, I'm confused lili. Sometimes I hate him for how he makes me feel but at the same time I crave for the exact things" I responded honestly and she nodded like she understood what I was going through

"I get you. I totally do. I mean I used to be like you when I fell for that asshole Sehun years ago" Lili explained

"Tzu, sometimes you gotta take chances" she continued "Once you get the chance, you're gonna experience a new you, a YOU that you'll one day be thankful for"

"Lisa, wdym?" i asked not being sure of what she was saying cuz suddenly she sounded like a whole different person and not just a clumsy and loud one that I knew for years

"Bitch! I'm just saying get out of your comfort zone and see what the world looks like! Tskkk you know what? forget about the world, once you come out of that box, you're gonna be like what in the world you have become and by saying all this, I simply mean that you should go for him. I don't know about him but lookin at you, jesus christ I can tell it by your face that you love him, I still don't know what you're trying to figure out for this long. Get in the boat with him gurrll and go for it!" she encouraged me while burning up in the corner by herself until Sehun popped up infront of us

"are you lost?" I asked him while lisa rolled her eyes and focused on the meal

"No. No....I exactly know where I am standing so l-lisa, can I talk to you?" he said and from the other corner I saw Irene glaring straight at us and I swear she was up to something which didn't felt quite right

I'm so done with everything that has to happen with us, I just don't want that bitch to drag lili just because of this asshole. Last time, I almost lost it and got crazy and now I don't want same thing to happen with lili. Why's high school so full of drama anyway???
