Camping out

"GOOOOOOOOD MORNING STUDENTS!" The speakers rang.

"Ugh, what the hell. That's one way to wake up..." I say, staring at the clock that read 5:42. What was happening now? You thought.

"As you may have noticed, we have come to a stop. And you know what that means, no? That's right! We are at the camp! Meet up outside and the details of the test will be explained." The speakers went silent.

Having only just woken up, I didn't have the energy to do anything, so I changed using my quirk, brushed my hair and walked out. Wait... where was Bakugo?

You turned around to see him still in bed. How did he sleep through that announcement? You walked over to his bed and kinda just looked at him. This guy you had fallen for. Pushing the thought aside, you nudged at him.

He groaned, "The hell you want, dumbass..? It's 5 in the morning." Is that really all it took to wake him? Unless the speakers had half woken him up already.

"It's actually 5:49, but that's not the point 'dUmBaSs'." You quoted him, "We've arrived. We are meant to meet up outside at 6. So get ready."

He reluctantly got up out of bed and took off his shirt. Your face flushed and you looked away.

"H-hey, a warning maybe? You can't just do that! Geez..." You rambled. He only replied with with a faint 'hmph'.

Once he was ready, the two of you made your way outside to meet with the others, who looked equally as tired as you felt, you could just hide it a lot better.

Aizawa stepped out of the bus. "Good morning everyone, today marks the begining of the survival test. Your gear is already at the central area. This test can be seen as a competition, the last team to back out, wins. The use of quirks is allowed, as long as they aren't used on other people. The rest will be explained by your class presidents when you reach the site." He walked a seperate way with the other teachers, probably to their own camp site.

I followed the rest of the class confidently, I had trained for this sort of thing, and with someone as strong as Bakugo by my side, we would definately win.

"What's with that dumb look, it makes you look stupid." A low voice said from beside me.

"Oh, nothing, just going over our chances of winning, which- may I add, is basically 100%." I said with pride.

"Tch, maybe you're not so stupid after all, oh and just so you know, if we lose, you will have hell to pay." He added. What did that mean? Would he hate me? No Y/N, just... focus.

"Mhm, sure. If anyone had hell to pay, it would be Iida, y'know. I am pretty sure you would kill him first." I shrugged, going over what he said when we were paired up. Bakugo gave me a side glance.

"Oh yeah, why is that. Then again, with four eyes, it could be anything." He scoffed.

"In your case that's true, but you remember just before they read out the partners?" He nodded, "Well Iida said that they made the pairings based on who would work well together and, in some cases- meaning us, the pairs were based off of who could keep the other under control." I smirked, knowing exactly what they were talking about.

"Hah..? Yeah I fucking know that. And it was ponytail that said that, fuzzy." Fuzzy? Another new nickname I guess, I like this one, it's cute!

I looked around at the forest, it was magical. The trees, big, small, green or even leafless, as well as the bushes and other plant life that co-existed with the many animals was incredible. You could hear the running of water, probably from a stream, barely audible over the sound of feet, treading against sticks, dirt and leaves. It was an amazing feeling.

Iida snapped me out of my trance, "Ok, we have arrived at the meet up spot. This is where you will go if you back out of the test. No survival equiptment will be provided to you. This area is filled with wild animals, so be careful. Your stuff is over there. You can move off in whichever direction you want. Good luck everyone."

"Soo... which way you wanna go?" I ask after returning to the hot-headed male after grabbing my bag of stuff.

"That way, none of the extras are going that way so they can't bother us." He said, pointing north-west.

"Us?" I say, starting to walk off in that direction, "I think you mean so that they don't bother you." I say, snarkily. "We should probably find a somewhat clear area to set up camp... well isn't that convenient!" I point to a small area of overgrown grass.

Boom. Bakugo rushed ahead and obliterated the grass, and pulled out a tent from his bag.
