The Villain I am Not

Chapter 15

I can hear voices, around me, telling me to hold on and dont die. I hold my breath and remembered, I am not alone. I have you... my guardian!

Softly I openned my eyes, the light on the room was too bright! I closed them again and softly tried again. I could only see the walls of the room I was in. It was a medical ward on some ship. Beside me was a nurse that eas checking my vitals. What happened? Why am I here?

I tried to move from the bed where I was in, the nurse came at me and restrained me from moving, she held my head and looked me in the eyes...

"How are you feeling?"

I was puzzled, I didnt even knew how I felt, I guess, a little dizzy... felt a pain im my chest. Like my heart was going to get out.

I looked at her and softly moved my hand to her and pushed her aside. She insisted I wasnt ok. But I felt ok? I was unable to say that well, I was alive, and wounded. But I didnt died... I survived what? My mind was playing tricks? I was there sitting in the bed, looking at the monitor.

The last thing I remember... oh yeah! The ship! I had a mission, to save the  experiment I was studying for days. Apparently, a friend of mine on the ship told about a secret experiment been held there, They where mixing alien DNA with other species, trying to recreate a power long lost.

I jumped from the bed and pushed away the nurse. I starter running as I could and tripped, when I stood up, A doctor was Holding my hand. He walked me to a chair.

"You are still sedated, you need to rest"

"No... i cant... my... mother...- "

"What?"

"Where are the people that escaped?"

"Im sorry ma'am, but you came here alone"

"No! Where is Adam? Where is Wyatts?"

I started to panic, I couldnt hear anything, just a high pitch. My head wanted to explote! Where I was? From a door nearby, a medical Alien walked toward me and touched my forehead, he calmed me, all will be alright.... i could hear it in my head... I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Again... I woked up. Hours had passed. I sat down the bed and watched the nurse, she walked back off me. I wouldnt blame her...
She kindly asked me to eat. I looked at the table and saw food in there. I grabbed it and started eating, It was amazingly tasty! I wouldnt remember how long I tried something so tasty! I finished eating and the alien doctor walked toward me...

"How are you feeling dear?..."

"I... i feel.... "

"Easy, any pain on your head? Any area hurts?"

"Not really..."

"Thats a good sign!"

The doctor turned and wrote on his pad, I sat down again on the bed.

"Who are your relatives? Any family we need to call?"

I remained shut, family? I am... Alone... I dont have a family... Not that I remember...

"You are set to be released soon, just we need some final blood exams and you should be fine out."

"Ok"

The blood work was been done, and I was just thinking, what now? Where do I go? Who do I call? These questions invaded my mind and I got frustrated.
Why I am so alone?...
