The Villain I am Not

Chapter Three

I received the direct order from the master of an Old light on planet Atmos, the details where simple... Kill the Old Light and bring the light bracelet to Master Rohnan so he has prove that I have accomplished my mission. I hated the idea of killing the old light guardians, alot of them teached me what I know. If only there was a way to leave them alone and ask them to hand me the light bracelet and I would simply lie about killing.

Planet Atmos is a Large water planet, minimal land and mostly covered by water. The civilization that habits the planet are Fish-like humans. They are different collors and shapes, but all of them with sharp claws, membranes and breathe underwater. Its a little funny to see one of them out of the water wearing their suit with a bowl full of water on their heads.
The last time I was at Atmos was when I was part of the light guardians under the command of Master Yookai. It was a small operation , but I managed to remember all locations I visited.

D.D. was piloting the Excalibur as I was finishing reading the details of my mission. It was Old light Master Quaatur, a very strong master, his body is made mostly of machine and ofcourse the fish skin. He teached me how to survive in a possible watery grave. He was located on the Arklay temple, hidding from the Nemsword Empire.

"Reaching planet Atmos in Thirty minutes and three seconds" - D.D warned me

"Thank you, contact me with master Rohnan, I need to ask him about our target"

I sat on the com room and waited for his hologram to appear before me. As expected he did show up

"Tell me Dark Caster, are the location and target clear?"

"Yes master, I know the target, I only have one question..."

"Tell me" - he replied

"Is my target a must eliminate? I can't just bring the bracelet to you and move to the next target?"

"What? What kind of mission you think this is? Its called assassination for something! Your target must be eliminated at all cost!" -he rised his voice

"I apologize, and yes master I will finish the mission as stated"

He logged out and I was alone again on the room, thinking about the old times I spend with that old light. I need to find a way to let him know about the mission but I could get discovered. I needed a plan, I needed someone to be my friend. But where are they? I only had Wiiatt. But he was all the way back at base. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.... I had a pleasant image... Of her... When she kissed me... I wasn't even myself! My intentions are different! My goals are different! She would never be on the same page as I am now.

I fell asleep and an alarm sound notify me that we had reached planet Atmos. I woke up and prepared to make a landing on the small islands that are on the surface of the planet. I found a spot near a small mountain and a beach. I landed and proceeded to place my helmet on and get outside. There was no sound, just the waves clashing on the sand. Scanning the area for a possible entrance to the underwater city was on check! The planet has large cities and large buildings, but all submerged under water. You could see in some parts of the ocean the exhaust tubes. In the scanner a possible heat signal came quick on the surface, as I walked nearby I saw a ferocious beast coming out of the water and attacked me! I was fast to dodge his tentacles and severed one with my energy sword. The creature lured me again from under the water and a soft hiss was heard. I was near the sand and water sensing every move it could make. I was ready to attack when he jumped from out of water to attack me, another larger monster ate it with one bite and fall back to the ocean. It was obvious that the sea was no safe path.
