The Villain I am Not

Chapter Six

I was on med bay seven, waiting for my team to completely recover from the fight before. Sokia was sitting next to Carmine reading a mission briefing. Atlus was sitting next to a window looking outside thinking in the battle. I was just resting my eyes when the doctor walks toward us and talks

"Mcgriev will be alright, he just received a bad beating. He should be up in no time."

"Thank you doctor" - atlus said

" We are almost healed, we should go ahead and verify the ship parts we need to fix. I will be at the hangar if you need me." -he continued

I was walking back toward the ship hangar to help Atlus identifying if there are more parts that needed to be replaced. My mind was on that mysterious man on the black suit, for a moment I had believed it was Adam, but he was different. As I reached the ship with Atlus, I noticed that one of the shuttles was missing. I don't remember using one or anybody from the ship used one. Atlus also noticed it and gave me a look puzzled.

"Do you remember any of this?"

"Not really, I was just thinking about it" -I replied

He took out a small data pad and scanned the ship. The schematics of the ship showed up on screen, the ship was at 78% intact, so the repairs are going to be easy.

A few hours later I was going to take a shower on one of the rooms. I prepared the shower with warm water and soap. I sat down on the border of a table and took my data pad, I was reading the inform everyone posted about the mission, they refered to the man in the black suit as "Dark Caster". Indeed that man was powerful. I closed the log and took away my clothes and got in the shower, it was a very pleasant feeling for all the long day I had passed. I remained there for about thirty minutes without even moving, just resting when I started thinking, in him... For all of a sudden I opened my eyes and there he was! Standing on the door watching me.

"What-?!"

"Dont be alarmed... Its just me. I am not even here... I am in your mind"- he replied

"H- how??"

"Simple... When two minds are thinking at the same time in one thing... They both get connected" - he scoffed

"I... I'm... Where are you?" - I asked

"I am far away from you, I am in a far remote planet, I just had time to think about, ... You... And, suddenly you were also thinking... " - he turned around

I stand and wanted to grab his hand, but I remembered he was not really there, I looked at him and smiled

"Wish you could really be here" - I flirty said

He just let a small smile out and walked toward me.

"One day.... I'm sure" -he replied

I wanted to hug him but then he was there no more. I was going crazy? I even imagined him here and I was taking a shower. I am such a weirdo, who showers and thinks about the guy you like? Well... I guess me...

I put clean clothes on and proceed to walk outside of the room and outside of the door was Obdiah, he was near to the door.

"Amberle! I wanted to see you."

"Hello Obdiah, why are you here?"

"Hey um... I wanted to talk to you, I want to tell you something"

"Alright? What is it?"

"Please walk with me"- he moved away

We started walking outside and he walked me over a place that had flowers and water around the ground, I had to say it was a beautiful place.
