Chapter 4-Family Time

Rebekah was spending the night and you both decided it was a good time to tell Damon and Stefan about your relationship.

"Ready?" You ask Rebekah as you both wait at the top of the stairs to go down to talk to your brothers.

"No, lets do this." You say sheepishly.

You walk down the stairs and see Damon and Stefan on the couches with Alaric.

"Stef, Dame. Can we talk to you privately." You ask gesturing to Bekah.

"Oh, ya. I was actually just about to leave and check with Lizzie and Josie." Alaric's says already out the door. He may not be a vamp but can  definitely read a room.

"Ok, I have something to say. Rebekah and I are together, not as friends, as girlfriends." You say almost asking them.

"Well no shit Sherlock." Stefan says grinning.

"Stefs right, you can tell. It's sorta obvious on the way you look at each other." Damon says.

"As Damon was going to say, before he rants about sex jokes... we support you both 100%." Stefan says laughing.

"Thanks," You say leaving.

Four days later you and Rebekah are in New Orleans visiting Klaus and Elijah. You already told them yesterday. They were now in the compound writing a letter. You wait until they are gone to read it:

Dearest y/n and Rebekah's,

Sorry I couldn't manage to tell you this in person but, you need to take a plane home tonight. You need to pack all of your stuff and take a plane tomorrow here, you need to be living here because it's not safe in mystic falls any longer. The two of us are on our way there right now to talk to y/ns family about this. Call them in 2 hours for details about it. Again I am so sorry but this is for the best for everyone. Have a good afternoon.

Holy shit, his was a lot to take in. You called in Rebekah and she read the letter. This surprising didn't sound that bad: new town, no school, no dick ex boyfriends and a whole new fresh start.

Two hours later.

It's time to call Damon and Stefan.

"Hey, me and Stefan have decided to move to New Orleans because it is safer for everyone." Damon says.

"Seriously, this is great." You squeal.

"Well I'll see you tonight when you get your stuff, we'll take the same plane right for some family time.
