Mental Health Awareness
I'm aware
That it's a thing that I should care about.
On a scale of 1-10
I'm at a million times eleven,
Cause my head just keeps on spinnin'
And my lungs struggle with breathin'
I try to scream;
Buy you'd never hear it,
Reaching for a hand
But I can't feel, It's
all to overwhelming
Everyone telling
Bout how I'm just overreacting
Overthinking
Over exaggerating
I'M OVER IT!
Always acting like I'm okay
Always masking all of my pain
You see my smile through out the day.
I refuse to tell you I'm not okay,
Cause then you'll do one of three things:
Pity me
Empathize
Or blame yourself
And I care more about you,
Than my mental health
