Less than a week go meeeee. though admittedly I am neglecting my other stories but I'm just in a big Doctor who mood.

now without further ado chapter 4

"Don't worry too much Lord President, I shan't be here long, your planet displeases me."

Is the first thing she says once the room has finally settled. The president rushes around the table signaling the other members of the council to do the same. The Timelords all stand facing her, following the president's lead move into a graceful bow.

Laughing Rose moves to take the president's seat, resting her chin on her fingertips. Her eyes cut across the men in the room, she asks again "What year is it, you simple-minded men?"

"I'm sorry lady goddess, it has been so long we were startled by your presence, here in our humble city."
"Two points, Lady goddess really, it's Lady wolf or Time goddess. Second, humble city you live in a bell jar.". She reclines back into the chair, flicking her fingers in front of herself a glass bottle of coke appears, with a smug smile she takes a sip.

"The class I fell into, graduates?" she asks making an estimated guess of the year based on the Doctors age when he graduated.

"Yes, they are newly graduated students of the academy." The president preens proud of his people.

"I'd like to meet them, congratulate the young Time Lords myself."
"I can have the Castellan handpick." The president starts, motioning the man get up.

"No." Rose stands, walking around the table calmly, "I wish to meet them all. Castellan why don't you, go and let the students and faculty know we are on our way, mayhaps have a banquet prepared, to celebrate the youngster's accomplishments."
"A wonderful idea, lord chancellor, Castellan see that it is done, I shall escort the lovely Lady wolf, we shall hold the banquet in the grand hall at the academy, In two hours that should be enough time to prepare." He holds out an arm for Rose, "Until then Lady Wolf would you like a tour of the academy grounds."

"I can honestly say Lord president I've done enough walking for one day, perhaps a quiet cup of tea, we can sit and chat you can catch me up on what I've missed since I was here last."

At his nod, she smiles inquiring about her quarters both within and outside the citadel. He tells her that her family's quarters have been kept in pristine conditions.

She smiles all teeth, "Excellent." Clapping her hands together they disappear in a flurry of gold.

Her family quarters]

She looks around taking in the rooms, "Just as I remember it." Smiling softly at the president. She sits carefully down on the couch, nodding towards the seat across from her.

"Tea," he nods, startled when a tea set appears on the table in between them. "Don't worry Lord president it's just a little vertigo it should clear up in a second." She hides a smirk behind her cup.

She asks him to tell her everything from the fall of Rassalon to the present day. The moment he starts to talk she tunes out; he just sounds so pompous this is why I could never go into politics she thinks. Trying not to fidget too much, lest he realise she's not listening.

{1hour later}

A whole hour, he talked for an hour, nonstop, I could have cut my ears off, and he probably wouldn't have noticed. I almost kissed the lord Cardinal who showed up to let us know it was time to go. She looks at him a grin forming.

"Do they know I'm here?"

"No Time Goddess, just that the president has a surprise for them."

"What is your name Lord Cardinal?"
"Borusa Time Goddess, I tutor at the academy."
