Kirishima's POV

Bakugou invited me to go hiking with him and of course I agreed. I feel like it'll be the perfect place to finally tell him how I feel. I've procrastinating the idea of telling him, in fear of losing him, but it's now or never.

"Hurry up Shitty Hair!"

"I'm coming!" I yelled back, catching up to him. Once I reached him, I could see that we were at the top, and the sun was setting. "Hey Bakugou, I need to tell you something" I feel more nervous as soon as those words left my mouth. "What is it Shitty Hair?". Well no turning back now. "I..um..like you...a lot, and I was wondering if we could go out?" It was hard for me to get it out and now I'm nervous as fuck because he isn't saying anything and is just staring at me. "I can't accept" Bakugou mumbled but it was loud enough for me to hear. "Why not?" I asked. I thought Bakugou was going to say no or something but this is a different response than I imagined. "I mean I like you too, like a lot, but I'm not good enough and you deserve better than someone like me". Seriously!? Bakugou thinks I deserve better?

"But I don't want anyone else, I really like you, and I like you for who you are, I don't think I'll be able to find someone better than the great Bakugou" I explained. I saw Bakugou smile and it made me all warm inside and caused me to smile too. "You sure you can handle an asshole like me?" Bakugou asked. "Yep, but I have to warn you, I'll get attached" I said. "I can live with that" he responded. "Yay!" I squealed and quickly ran into his arms, to which he held me back.

But putting all my body weight on him caused us both to fall. "Shitty Hair, get off, you're crushing me" Bakugou complained. "Nope, I warned you I would get attached" I explained. I kissed Bakugou's cheek a couple of times and I could feel him smile. Bakugou grabbed my face and made me face him. Slowly but surely he kissed my lips and I kissed back. I placed my hands on his as we let go of the kiss. Be both put our foreheads together and smiled. "We should start heading back" Bakugou said, looking towards the almost gone sun. "Okay" I said, standing up. I grabbed Bakugou's hand and we walked down, away from the sunset.
