Third POV-

"If I were lying, would I be able to do this," he grabbed Kirishima by his shirt and pulled him into a kiss. The redhead stood there frozen for a second before he kissed back, grabbing Bakugou's head to hold him.

They pulled away, a little out of breath.

"Katsuki, I-I'm so sorry!" He cried, connecting their foreheads together.

"Sh, it's okay Shi- Eijiro," the blond hushed, he brushed a bit of Kirishima's hair with his hand.

"But I-I've been ignoring you and-" the blond shut him up with his lips.

"You weren't the only one who was ignoring me," he reminds the redhead.

"Right..."

It stayed quiet between the two, and they wouldn't have had it any other way.

Kirishima dragged Bakugou into his room, closing the door behind them.

"What are we going to do about the rest of the class?" Kirishima asked, sitting on the bed. Bakugou shrugged and sat down next to him and laid his head on Kirishima's shoulder.

"We could, hold hands on the way to class or...something..." Kirishima smiled at Bakugou's shy ask. Even though he normally would be uncomfortable to do so, he knew class 1-A was very supportive of the LGBTQ community.

"Yeah, okay," the redhead nodded. "I-I normally wouldn't want to do things in public, but I know the class at the very least."

"You don't?" He asked.

"No," Kirishima shook his head.

"Obviously we have more to learn about this, about us," Bakugou lifted his head and looked at Kirishima. "But I know for sure that I want to be yours."

"I feel the same way," Kirishima says, grabbing the nearest hand to him. "I-I've always felt this way, and when I heard what Midoriya said about you, I-I just felt so..." He turns to look at Bakugou.

"Betrayed..." He says. "But then I felt so awful ignoring you because you sounded so desperate for me to notice you..."

"Because I was," Bakugou tells him. "With everyone, it was hit or miss, I could live with them ignoring me because I do the same thing to them," he explains.

"But you," he emphasize. "It just hurted."

"I'm sorry, I never wanted to hurt you."

"It's fine, Eijiro, really," he turns entirely to face him and places his other hand on Kirishima's cheek. The redhead breaths deeply and places his hand over Bakugou's.

"Can I stay in here for tonight? I could go get dinner for us from downstairs," Bakugou asked.

"Yeah, of course," Kirishima takes his hands back so Bakugou was allowed to get up and go back to his room for his essentials.

Bakugou came back a little later, his pajamas on.

"I could go grab dinner for us," Kirishima said, tossing his blanket on the bed.

"Yeah, sounds good," Bakugou went up and gave Kirishima a kiss on the cheek. The redhead blushed as he left his room and went downstairs.

He came back up later with two plates of food. He handed one to Bakugou and sat down next to him. Kirishima leaned his head on Bakugou's shoulder once he finished, the blond was continuing to eat. He was a slow eater.

"I'll bring these back down," Bakugou nodded.

"You want to watch a movie or something when you get back?" The blond asked just before Kirishima left.

"Yeah, I would love to," he smiled as he left.

--

The next morning arrived quickly for the two. They were snuggled up together like they had done tons of times before, but this time it had more meaning.

Kirishima sat up and rubbed his eyes as Bakugou snuggled closer to him, his eyes still closed.

"C'mon Bakugou, we have to get up," he shook the blond that was attached to his hips.

"Mmm, no," he groaned in return, squeezing against the redhead tighter.

"We have to clear your name," Kirishima chuckled at Bakugou's whine. The blond only groaned in aggravation.

The redhead shrugged his shoulders, struggled to pull Bakugou's arms off of him but managed to escape, and got up to get dressed.

The blond only groaned louder.

The redhead laughed.

Once Kirishima was ready, he was able to swoon Bakugou with promises to get up and ready. They were now both facing the door, the redhead looked at the blond.

Bakugou held out his hand for Kirishima to hold and the redhead gladly took it. They opened the door and walked out hand in hand.

Lots of people showed surprised faces and some even gasped in disbelief. The blond's grin couldn't help but grow.

But nobody's face was as priceless as Midoriya's. The way his jaw dropped was enough to make Bakugou almost cackle.

"Wh-what!?" He shouted.

"But Midoriya told us-"

"Well Deku was fucking wrong!" Bakugou yelled, interrupting whoever was talking. "He just couldn't handle being rejected!"

Everyone's eyes turned to the greenette. He looked down in shame.

"I would've thought it was obvious that I liked Kirishima," the blond huffed, crossing his arms. The redhead chuckles, leaning down to kiss the blond on the cheek. Bakugou tries to hide his smile, but fails to do so.

"B-but I've known you longer, there's nothing Kirishima could know that I wouldn't!" Midoriya retorted, the blond wasn't sure why though. It wasn't even a valid argument.

"And yet, I like him more than I like you," Bakugou growled. "That really says a lot about you, doesn't it?"

"Midoriya, I can't believe you lied!" Uraraka shouts. Everyone looked at the greenette with disappointment, Todoroki looking more disappointed than everyone else. They couldn't believe that the class 1A angel would do something like this.

"What's with all this yelling?" Aizawa asked in annoyance, entering the dorm commons. "I could hear you from the teacher's dorms."

"I called fucking Deku out on his lie," Bakugou said in triumph.

"Oh," Aizawa just leaves. "Just get to class on time," he says before disappearing through the door again.

They all looked at the time and decided this has gone too far and they need to tone it down, by getting ready for class. That didn't stop Bakugou from glaring at him the entire time.

Kirishima chuckles and kisses him on the cheek.

--

They didn't exactly forgive Midoriya, but they didn't ignore him either. Aizawa certainly tried though. Kirishima is happy with Bakugou and vise versa. Sure, they were probably hoping to have them come together in some other way. A more romantic way in Bakugou's eyes, but the fact that they did end up together is enough for them. They could do the mushy romantic stuff in the future.
