You were sitting in your uncle's restaurant trying to do homework but it was just confusing ' who the Hell puts letters in math' you though
"Uncle koji" you yelled from across the restaurant "can you help me with this problem?" You asked.
"in a second," he replied, Just then Kaoru (Cherry Blossom) walked through the door.
"Uncle Kaoru!" you yell leaping up from your chair and rushing to hug him.
"hello y/n," he says with a small smile. "How was school?" he asked looking down at you.
" ugh boring. We had to do the math and it was soooo Confusing, who puts letters in math?" You whined.
Kaoru simply let out a chuckle and ruffles your forest green hair before walking up to the bar.
"Oh we have cross-country tryouts next week." You say with a big toothy smile
"You excited?" Kaoru asked sitting at the bar.
"Yeah. Who wouldn't be?" You say walking up to the bar and sitting back down.
"Now let's see that homework of yours. Yeah?" Kaoru asked.
"Okay!"
Time skip bought to you by me writing this during my lunch period
It's been a few hours and joe was closing up the restaurant, while you were sitting at the bar table drawing random stuff in a red and black sketchbook Kaoru gave you a while ago.
Before you realize it you start dozing off as your eyelids get heavier and you let out a small yawn, this didn't go unnoticed by joe though.
"Someone's tired~" He teased, turning his head to look at you
"I am not" you say with a glare.
Joe lets out a small chuckle before getting back to cleaning tables. After about a few minutes joe turns around only to see you fast asleep on top of your sketchbook pencil still in hand.
A laugh leaves Joe's mouth at the sight of you. After he finishes cleaning, Joe walks over to your sleeping form, picks you up with one arm, gets your school bag with another, and starts walking out of the restaurant and towards his car.
He opens the car door before putting your in the back seat and driving home
Whoo, this is going to be a fun story to write. I already have some of it written down on paper. Thank you so much for reading this story
