You both got in the car. It's slient so you open your mouth to speak. " do you have any picture's of me?" You ask from the back seat in attempt to a spike up a conversation.
"Yeah, I'll show you when we get home" He says "okay." After a long awkward silence "Uncle koji?" You ask. "Yes,y/n" "Why did you take me in? You ask playing with your thumbs.
"I couldn't just let my neice go to foster care" he replied "but why? It must've been stressful having a 3 year old to look after at such a young age,right?" You ask " your right? But like k said wasn't gonna let go into a foster home. Plus it was fun looking after you." Joe said with a smile on his face "and plus its funny how people think your my daughter " you both laugh
" it was pretty funny how that lady though we were father and daughter" you giggle
At home
You were sitting next to joe in the couch looking at pictures of him and his sister from when they were kids and teens. "Uncle kaoru looks so different now" you say point at a picture of him and kaoru as teens ,kaoru still having his piercings in. " he does doesn't he?"

" Those were some old friends of ours from back in day" he said flipping through pages. "Can I see some of mom now?" You ask joe laughed and started flipping though pages again
He stopped flipping though them and you see a beautiful woman with long green hair, tanned skin, and pretty brown eyes. She looked so happy
"Woah, mamma was so pretty" you coo in awe "she was" joe smile before flipping through more pages of him and his sister. "This is one from when we went on vacation" he said pointing at a photo of him and his sister at the beach.
"Do you have any photos of me when I was a baby?" You ask looking up at him. He got up and started walking towards the bookshelve and taking out a pink and white book.
Getting back in his position he started flipping through the book. Revealing some of you when you were a baby. Some were u in swim suits and some you were in dresses. "Woah look at my scars" you say with wide eyes.
Joe starts flipping though more pages revealing some when you were a new born and from when yiu just started walking. " I was a cute baby" you coo looking
"Alright y/n, it's past midnight, go on and head to bed. We still have to go up to your school."
You nod, getting up and walking towards your room "Good night" you mumble.
Going into your room room you flop down on your bed and scroll through your phone for about 5 minutes before falling asleep.
