All methods in this book are written as if you were trying to shift to your DR. Personally, I don't use a waiting room (WR) and I have written these methods for my reference. If you do use a WR, just imagine yourself shifting there instead of your DR when the method mentions it.
Ensure that there are no distractions around you (i.e. dogs barking) and that you are in a calm state of mind. Start when you feel relaxed enough, it will really help during this method.
As always, complete your meditation, put on subliminals and re-read your script, say your affirmations, and prepare yourself mentally and physically to shift before attempting any method. And if you are going to be using subliminals, frequencies, or ASMR put those on before you get comfy!

Start by laying down in a comfortable position. Imagine a form of energy surrounding your body and imagine it getting stronger and stronger. Visualise your DR and start repeating affirmations. When you feel ready, imagine that your consciousness is leaving your body by climbing a rope, which leads to your DR.
Imagine climbing it until you reach a portal, the portal can be the door to wherever you want in your DR (your bedroom is a good option). Go through the portal/door and imagine that your DR self is sleeping in your DR bed (or wherever your portal took you). Visualise your consciousness entering your DR body taking over. Fall asleep as your DR self and you should wake up in your DR.
