Chapter twenty-five

Planet of Ami P.O.V

Matt walked back towards the living room where he knew pidge was going to be, he walked listing to lance's directions. After walking for a bit they came up to a door, and in front was the living room, where pidge was wanting. Matt smiled a bit as he says, " let me go in there and talk to her, come in when I say so. "

Lance nodded as he leans against the wall and waits for Matt to call him in. Matt smiles a bit and walks into the living room and leaves the door open a crack.  

Pidge was sitting on a couch and looks at matt when he walks in, she smiles as she says, "hey matt,"

"hey pidge, um can we talk, " Matt says as he sits down next to her and smiles a bit. Pidge got worried a bit as she says "what's up?"

"I have someone who wants to meet you, but if it doesn't go well you can't leave the base." matt says and looks at her. "so in other words get along, or be a prisoner here"

"well yes, but it's for good." matt says, and looks at her. Pidge stands up and puts her back to the door. "worth it, I'm a paladin, I need to be able to fight the Galra."

"then get along, you did before." matt says and looks up at pidge. She was confused and crossed her arms, as she finally says, " fine I will meet them, but I'm trusting you that this wont harm my career as a paladin and safety of others. "

"Alright, come on in," Matt says and shouts out. Pidge crossed her as she hoped she didn't make a mistake. But, as she stands there Lance walked in behind her. He wore black pants with a white hoodie. When he came in then waltzes right up behind pidge.  Lance took a deep breath as he says, "long time no see pidge."

Pidge jumped a bit as she spun around, there before she was her dear friend lance, a small tear fell from her eyes. All she could speak was, "Lance."

"mhm, let us sit down." lance says as he nodded towards a couch. pidge nodded as she went over and help lead him to the couch. Lance let it happen not wanting to start anything off the bat. 

Matt got up and went and stood in the corner so he can make sure everything went alright.

"lance, are you really the paladin of the white lion? " pidge asked as she looked at him, and saw the neckless.  With this lance nodded and glanced at her, she fidgeted with her hands as she quickly said, "you shouldn't have, it a monster, it kills its paladins, just like it did to princess Allura's mom. You need to get away from it, you need to destroy the white lion."

"Is Voltron in the league with Lotor,?" Lance asked as he glance at pidge a bit annoyed. Pidge nodded and was about to say something but was interrupted, "Well he is a monster who will do anything to get what he wants even if it is hurting someone else." 

"Lance what are you talking about, yeah some of us hate his plans, but he helps us, and you were the one to attack him when he tried to bring you back," Pidge says and looks at Lance. he studied her face and then glanced at matt, before looking back at pidge and wondering, if he should tell her. As he tried to figure it out matt called over and says, "don't need to go into major detail, but you should tell her the basic, or she never understands. "

Pidge was a little confused as she looked at matt, then back at lance waiting for him to say something.  Lance licked his lips as he says, "Lotor is a bad man pidge, you see when I first showed up, he took care of me, he was nice, maybe some would even go as far as to say charming. But in the end, he was a monster, then he gave me a gift that took away white from me, he then tried..tried to....he tried to rape me pidge. That when I fought him, that's when I escaped and lost my bracelet. "

She didn't know what to say, so she sat their, and looked at lance and then at her hands, at her own bracelet. She didn't know what to says, she looked up at lance. He smiles a bit as he says, "listen pidge we can deal with the White lion thing later,  as she now giving me sight again. so for now let's focus on Lotor, and if you don't believe me, spy on him, look for my bracelet,  please don't  just believe him over me for now."

"I won't lance, but I don't know who to believe, and even if I did, no one else might. what do I do." pidge asked and look down.  Lance nodded as he says, " I know that, but being able to at least have one friend is better than nothing, and who knows pidge."

"Alright, as soon as I get back I see if I can find the bracelet or a way to prove your story and talk to the team." pidge says and give a small smile and looks towards the window. Matt stepped forward as he says, " Then let head there and work on a baby alliance as we won't be able to make a full one unless Voltron excepts Lance."

"Alright, I need to grab my suit.." Pidge started as lance butted in and says, "I cleaned it and put it by your lion

"Thanks, Lance." pidge says as she heads to the green lion, matt was right behind here after he had said goodbye to lance. Once they reached the lion they got ready to leave, once everything was good and they got clear they took off. they were headed sight to Voltron. Pidge wanted to get to the bottom of everything
