Chp 19: KATE COLLINS

"Umm, Hey Cheryl! If you guys don't mind can I have a seat here? Actually you know, since I spoke with you in the morning and even apologized, those people I called friends won't even look at me now. Many people are even jealous of you" interrupted Kate. "Oh! Kate, good to see you again and you can surely join our group. I hope you guys won't mind, right? said Cheryl with a questioning glance at her friends. "Yes, no problem at all" came the mutual response. Though Oliver didn't show it much, he was annoyed by Kate and also by his fate which always put an obstacle in between him and Cheryl whenever he wanted to speak with her or confess his feelings. "So guys, this is Kate Collins. You all do know she's in our class, right?," said Cheryl trying to introduce Kate in the best possible way. "Yeah" replied everyone. Kate shook hands with everyone and they had a good Lunch session while talking about Psychology and gossiping and laughing about the way a particular teacher taught. Kate had never seen such a lively, united and fun group. Previously, when she was a part of the girl gang, they always had fights and taunted each other all the time in order to prove themselves cooler and moreover, they had to respect Jennifer's opinion and consider it the ultimate judgment, no matter what.

Kate was a simple beautiful girl but, she had such an alluring and beguiling aura and had such a disarming smile that she was capable of attracting anyone towards herself. She never even put on any makeup and what was more frustrating for other girls was that she didn't really need it and looked flawless without it. She didn't even have to try in order to look pretty, a natural beauty is the best way to describe her. In the physical sense, she was graceful, had coffee-colored hair and lively olive green eyes as her prominent facial characteristics. She had like an obsession with nose pins earrings of all types. She even wore pendants and lockets of several varieties. Her eyelashes were long and had a bold yet upright look. She was extremely selective about the accessories she wore, perfect bracelets and rings along with a standard apple watch which all suited her hands. Kate was a teen girl who was obsessed with Harry Potter, Riverdale, F.R.I.E.N.D.S, and some other interesting stories like Peaky blinders. She preferred movies over books. She was more of a coffee girl. Also, she lowkey had insomnia and in the night at 3 am, coffee was her most loyal companion along with some books and later on some series.
Kate had her origins from Italy, England, and the US.
Her family background was good enough. Her dad George Collins worked as an accountant and her mom Andre was a doctor. Kate had two siblings as well, Jessica who was in secondary school(15 year old), and her youngest sibling, her brother Luis who was in primary school (9 year old). Both her parents were working and so Kate had the responsibilities of her siblings since her younger days. She used to take care of both of her siblings and also manage her own studies efficiently. In all, Kate was a completely lovable girl. Kate though very sweet, had always a fear of getting bullied and so she had joined Jennifer's squad to save herself. Although a part of the girl gang, she never bullied anyone. She just stayed back, feeling guilty and helpless about not being able to help the victim. Kate was really very kind and after witnessing the atrocious bullying, she she used to go to the victim and give them a helping hand, making sure that they were alright and not too injured or hurt, both physically and mentally. Kate's mother, due to her profession had to stay up late at the hospital sometimes, but her father always arrived home on time. She was her father's princess, the apple of his eye. Both her parents loved their eldest child Kate the most. Kate was a girl who loved nature and her hobby was clicking nice scenic photographs. Kate was actually smart as well, but she always got nervous when it came to facing people and saying out the answers loud in the class.
Despite Kate being a legit all rounder, her love life was not that amazing. She had to go through a lot of heartbreaks, where once in secondary school, her boyfriend ditched her for her best friend! Poor Kate didn't even have a friend after that. And one of her boyfriends ditched her because he got his ex back. As years passed, she always turned out to be the unlucky one in a relationship. Kate always had to face disappointment and sadness, but after every downfall (heartbreak), she just got more polite and caring; subconsciously hoping that one day at least someone will care for her. Kate was fond of music as well. She had been learning guitar and even has experience of playing it since the age of 10. Overall, Kate was that type of a person whom you just can't hate! She was that person who was liked by everyone in the group. Kate was a simple girl with fortunately a lovely family. And today, as she enjoyed the company of Cheryl and her friends, she realised that all she needed was merely some friends, some real friends who actually cared for her, friends with whom maybe "FOREVER" could be made made..
