Hello boys and girls here is the next chapter of my Pokémon story which I hope that all of you are enjoying as much as I am writing it since I know this part will be done in advance I just am so exited for when I can release this story to you all. Now for my question of the day and that Is who is your leas favourite out of the gen one starters? Personally I would say the over rated fire lizard Charmander since in my opinion it only got that popular because Ash had one and I really think it is over ranted. Now with that all said and done let's get on with the story.

Y/n POV

I stroked my egg again making sure to pamper it so that when it hatches we can be good friends, earlier mom had asked me to get her some Berry's from the forest so she can make some with dinner. I got up and looked at infernape who was sitting on his seat.

Y/n:"look after the egg infernape."

Infernape:"fernape!"

I nodded and walked out of the house through the back door, mom was not here right now as she had business to deal with, with professor Oak. Before I went out I grabbed a basket them I walk into the forest I was a little worried that the beedrill from before but it has been a week so I'm sure they have forgotten about me by now. While I waked deeper in I began to pick some Berry's and I got all kinds, well the ones that are safe to eat that is. As I fill up my basket with Berry's I see that there was something red on ground next to one of the berry bushes, I followed the trail of the red stuff worried if any Pokémon was hurt, when I pushed two bushes to the side and next to I tree I saw a meowth was lying down and it's leg was bleeding with a wound the covered a large part of its back leg.

Dont own and pretend that it looks how I described.

Once the meowth noticed me and tried to get onto all fours and hissed at me but it only lasted a second before it winced in pain and went back to how it was before. I rushed to it even at the meowth hissed at me again, when I was next to it I went down onto my knees.

Y/n:"don't worry, I'm a friend, you're hurt really badly."

I stretched my hand out towards the wound to see how bad it is.

Y/n:"lemme take a look."

Then without warning the meowth quickly scratched the back of my hand causing three scratch marks to appear where he struck me. As I clutched my hand wincing in pain I looked at the meowth again seeing it back to how it was when I saw it before.

Y/n:"I was trying to help you. If that's how you treat someone who's worried about you-"

I then turned around away from the meowth.

Y/n:"fine, then."

I then walked off away from the Pokémon mad that it attacked me taking my basket of Berry's with me while I didn't hear the Pokémon move at all.
