Hello boys and girls here is the next chapter of my Pokémon story which I hope you are all enjoying as much as I am writing it. Now as you have all seen from the title y/n will be going up against his first gym leader. So my question of the day is what do you think about his style of battle? What I mean by that is when y/n brings all his Pokémon out to stand around him. Personally I think I might do that since your Pokémon could learn some new tricks from seeing battles. Now with that all said and done let's get on with the story.
Y/n POV
I looked at the gym of pewter gym which looked like a large pile of boulder's with the words "pewter gym" at the top left. I had let Gary go into the gym first while I did a bit of extra training as well as catch a new Pokémon before I challenged the gym leader, from the look of the building it's either ground or rock type. So bulbasaur then... I'll decide that later Spearow, Kakuna, and Rattata, would be weak to them. I walked up to the front doors of the gym and opened them up seeing that the room was dark.
Y/n:"hello! Is there anyone in here!?"
???:"who goes there?"
Then suddenly the lights turned on revealing a Pokémon Feild which looked like it was inspired by a rocky waist land. On the other end if the field was a man with brown spiky hair with his legs in a basket, maybe with his eyes shut.

Y/n:"would you happen to be the gym leader here?"
The man nodded.
???:"yes, I'm Brock, the gym leader of Pewter city. Your here for the bolder badge would that be right?"
I nodded.
Brock:"if you don't mind how many badges do you have?"
Y/n:"none, your my first gym leader."
Brock nodded and stood up.
Brock:"well then, this won't be like any battle that you have had before, we will have two on two Pokémon battle, you can switch Pokémon. Do you have any questions?"
I shook my head side to side.
Y/n:"no, not really, I already know how gym's work from mom."
I then took out all six of my poké balls sending out all six of my Pokémon who stood around me. Brock looked confused as to what I seemed to be doing.
Y/n:"dont worry, I only intend to use two Pokémon, this is just my battling style, all Pokémon around me ready to fight."
I looked down at my Pokémon, Bulbasaur, Rattata, Kakuna, Dratini, Spearow, and the new member for the now Nidoran, this one is a male.
