Hello boys and girls here is the next chapter of my pokémon story which I hope that all of you are enjoying as much as I am writing it for you guys and girls. Now for my question of the day and that is were you upset that Surge, did not appear in journey. Personally I was... Indifferent it the term I guess since I did want Pikachu to meet him again and see just how he changed but at the same time I don't think it was needed. Now with that that all said and done let's get on with the story shall we.

Y/n POV

I walked past the sign saying that this was Vermillion, I knew that the first thing I would need to do is get my clothes cleaned, and a shower, before I go to the gym. While I walked around I tried to find where the gym was but I was having no luck in finding it, I wasn't going to go there immediately but it would be nice to know where it is. Soon I found a board with a map of the city on it.

Y/n:"okay, Dratini, so we're here."

I pointed to the arrow where it pointed to saying here.

Y/n:"and the gym is... there."

I pointed to the gym on the map but it was quite far away snug much closer was the Pokémon centre.

Y/n:"okay, now let's get to the Pokemon Centre and get cleaned up, it might be to late to challenge the gym leader."

I looked up and saw that the sky was getting darker, I decided to get to the Pokémon center as soon as possible as Dratini, looked like he was about ready to fall asleep at any moments. I walked over to where the Pokémon center was on the map in silence as it would be best for Dratini, to get some sleep. When I did eventually reach the Pokémon center I walked through the doors to see that is was almost empty with only the odd person hanging around here. I walked up the the front door where a nurse Joy was.

Y/n:"Sorry if this is a bit late but could I get a room for the night?"

She nodded.

Joy:"of course, would you like me to heal your pokémon?"

I nodded and pulled out Dratini, poke ball returning him to it, I pulled out the rest of them and placed them all on the front seat for nurse Joy as I covered my mouth with my free hand to hide me yawning.

Joy:"are you tired sir?"

I nodded.

Y/n:"very, I think I will just crash on my bed when I see it."

Nurse Joy, then placed all six of my poke balls on a tray, then she reached sunder her desk and pulled out a key.

Joy:"well, your room number is three, have a good night's sleep."

Y/n:"thank you."

I took then key and began to walk off towards the room but first I would need to get my clothes clean as well as take a shower to clean up. I found the room before I eventually found the shower room where there was washing machines. When I was in the male shower room I began to take off my clothes and loading them all into the washing machines and soon when I was finished setting it up I turned it on and headed to the shower picking up a tower as I walked into the shower room. Placing the towel on the side I went under one of the showers and turned it on and let the water splash on me. I jumped slightly when the cold water hit me but I got use to it when the water began to warm up. While I was washing myself I thought about what the gym leader would be like since if they are anything like the last two then he will be easy to deal with as the last one was so pathetic that they couldn't do anything to my Pokémon. Minutes of being of the shower and cleaning my body I thought that I had cleaned myself off enough for me to get out so turning off the shower I began to walk out of the shower area picking up my towel and begining to dry myself off while I made my way to my washing machine. It still had a bit of time so I stayed there to dry myself off until it was done and thankful that was not to much longer as the washing machine finished as I finally dried myself off. When I was fully dressed again I walked out of the room and made my way to the room that I was sleeping in. When I reached the room I was so tired that I just crashed right then and there onto my bed and put my eyes to sleep ready to battle in the morning.
