the prince had been born on a starlit night, amid the warmth of late summer. some say it became part of him, that brilliant light from above and cozy feelings remaining from sunshine behind and ahead. there was a constant assured that there was a sparkle in every darkness, behind every cloud. it was as if when coldness came he was the warmth, his honey skin took it all in and kept it safe. his voice had a slowness, as if he had all the time in the world to talk with me. he had a gentle spirit , like a warrior, one who would make any sacrifice to save others, to guard them, pay any price.

that prince was none other than the infamous— hyunjin.

hyunjin wasn't like the his other royals, who proudly placed a ring of metal upon their heads and yet a crown it will never be, lest the divine spirit ordains them prince. hyunjin was much more down-to-earth, choosing to settle on a simple crown, rather than one that can be conjured by mortal hand, but rather a halo of light that is gifted by divine hand.

hyunjin decided to go on a midnight scroll, leaving the confinements of the familiar establishment. he wore a ring gifted from his father, and chosen a gentle white blouse paired with long black velvet pants. to top it off, he clipped on his cloak that warmed him. his cloak was dipped in a broth of evergreen and let them dry in the sunlight of rich long summer days. before come the winter, and every snowflake is a blessing. before being delivered to hyunjin's room. you must be sorely mistaken if you thought that the prince's prized possession was jewellery or materialistic items. he loved his cloak more than anything in the world.

" mr song? that's no need to follow me.. i am merely going for a stroll. you ought to rest, you've been working non-stop for the past five days! "
hyunjin dismissed his tired butler, smiling warmly at him before leaving to continue his adventure.
from young, it was obvious that he was a compassionate individual, who was always taught manners and to respect those around him, even if they were of a lower class or they were his subordinates.
