Until They Met

PART 1

Betty's Story 

It was the English class. I was waiting for V at the lockers when I got her text that she had bunked it and went to watch a movie with Archie. I decided to go to the class then. 

the teacher in the class came in and asked the guy on the first bench to come up and introduce himself. She said that he would be the newest addition to the class. 

he introduced himself as Forsythe Pendelton Jones III, and everyone began to make fun of him. he said that we could call him Jughead which was again a very funny but unique name. 

later when the period was over, I was in the office of the Blue and Gold when Jughead came up to me and asked if he could join the newspaper and that Weatherbee told him to meet me. I asked him if he has anything that I could read to make a decision. He handed me a paper and left. I felt it weird. but I took the paper. 

Later when I was near the lockers, Reggie came to me and asked me if I wanted to go on a date with him. He had been my crush for a long time now and I immediately agreed to him. He told me to come at around 8 pm at pops' Chocolit Shoppe 

At 6 pm I began getting dressed and asked Kevin to help me. I decided to go with a pastel pink dress with matching heels and a hair updo. 

I reached there at 7:50 pm and checked my phone. Time passed by, I thought that he was stuck somewhere so, I went inside had a vanilla milkshake, and tried to call him. no response. I gave him many rings but he didn't reply. I was furious and decided to head back but after I had talked to V about it. so, I headed outside and realized that it was raining. I had no umbrella and that made my day. I was already quite frustrated and then I couldn't meet V. 

I waited for a while under the roof. Suddenly, a guy with a cute beanie on his head and a black leather jacket came and stood under the roof with me. Wait for a second, I recognized him; It was him - it was Jughead. he was drenched in the water already and was trying to hide from the rain.  

he looked so good. That was the first time, I felt a flutter in my stomach deep beneath and realized that he was the man.
