Vanessas POV

               I stood there frozen as he kept questioning if i was there. I finally got the courage to speak. "Hey,why did you call?" I finally asked. "I just wanted to know if you're busy tonight." He muffled through the phone. "Uh yeah me and Roni are filming so probably yes." I mean I wasn't lying but wasn't saying the full truth either."Can i call you later?" I asked him,as soon as he said yes i instantly ended the call. I needed time alone right now to process all of this.

Graysons POV

           She ended the call very quickly. Did i do something wrong? I shook the thought on the back of my mind,maybe she was too busy and I interrupted something. I lay on my bed trying to catch my thoughts. I decided to work out to consume my time,i got ready in my gym clothes then proceeded to walk to me and Ethans home gym.

       I had already finished my workout and took a nice cold shower then got ready for bed.I was trying to think about Vanessa, she just seemed weird. Hopefully tomorrow is different.I finally got into a deep sleep after that.

        It was the morning of work and I gotten dressed in a black button-up shirt and some work pants before grabbing my briefcase and exit my home and go inside my car.I arrive and i had been in the classroom for 20 minutes with no sign of Nessa.I guess I'm doing this alone today which is strange. I have gotten the kids and they were unpacking while i wrote on the board.A minute later Vanessa comes in rushing and puts her stuff down on her desk without saying a word.

       I finished and gave the kids a Do now to get started with the day.I went to the back next to Nessa. "Hey love, you okay?" She just nodded without looking at me or saying anything i just brushed it off.

Vanessa's POV

          I could barely sleep last night. I was tossing and turning and sweating of the thought of Grayson hurting me again. Does he even remember? I woke up realizing i was running late and thats why i had burst into class. I was nervous to talk to Grayson i knew he would ask whats wrong but i just need time alone to process it. Should i trust him? Yes it happened long ago but what if it happens again.

      I was at my desk before i felt Graysons presents behind me."Hey love, you okay?"He whispered in my ear sending shivers down my spine,i just nodded but was i okay?He looked confused but continue on with whatever he was doing. I put my stuff away and sigh.Today gonna be a long day.

        It was lunch and silence cover the room as i ate silently.I can feel Graysons eyes look at me but I didn't dare to look at him.I dont know why i couldnt go dare to talk to him,was i afraid he was gonna get mad or how he will think?Speaking of him i hear his chair move and his footsteps approched me.I finally brought my eyes to look at him as he grabs one of the kids chairs and sits across from me.

          "Okay whats wrong?"He brought his food with him."Just on my period thats all."I didnt even look him in the eye as i continued my food."Dont lie,did i do something wrong?" I just ignored him i wasnt ready yet.He sighed,"fine then."He got up and went back to his table. Oh gosh.
