Regrets

He's alive

Hange was shaking. Her mind was completely blank. She doesn't know what to do. She doesn't want to believe it. Heart was racing at the speed of miles per hour. Her legs were growing weaker. Tears were forming in her eyes

"Hange san" Moblit and petra said concerned.

hange tried to control herself.

"M-moblit when that happened. Did you find his dead body?" She asked in a low voice.

petra and Moblit flinched. This wasn't what they were expecting. They tried to keep it a secret, but looks like it was time to tell her truth.

"Answer me" she said and walked closer to him.

Moblit took a step back.

" Answer me" she yelled and grabbed him and was choking him.

"N-no" moblit tried to say.

Tears were flowing from her eyes. She tightened the hold around his throat. She was in rage. Petra was standing there terrified, captain hange was in rage. She had seen her like this very rarely but when this used to happen she can even kill anyone with bare hands.

Petra tried to free Moblit ." Hange san please leave him" she pleaded

Hange came back to her senses.

she left moblit and fell unconscious to the ground.

moblit and petra tried to wake her up.

They took her to the bedroom

"How did hange san know about this" moblit asked.

"I don't know. Boss had told everyone of us to keep this as a secret. But how did she know and what happened so suddenly" petra wondered.

"Is there something in this case which triggered her"

"maybe"

they waited for hange to regain consciousness. They knew when she will wake they will have to amswer the question which they have kept secret for a long time.

After an hour hange regained consciousness.

"hange san are you feeling better?" Petra asked

hange said nothing. She didn't want to talk to them. They betrayed her, they kept hiding this from her. But she wanted answers.

"why didn't you tell me?" She asked.

"Boss ordered us not to say anything about this" moblit said

"but you were my assistants. Your loyalty should be inclined towards me not that bushy eyebrows. You don't even know what hell i have been through for 4 years. I still curse myself that because of me he died." hange yelled

"sorry" petra said

"tell me everything. And don't you dare hide anything this time"

"when we reached the site, we could only find you, not him, you were admitted to hospital and were in coma for 1 month. At that time we tried to search him but failed. So boss declared that he might have got burned in that explosion, and he ordered everyone not to tell you because you will go after him" petra said

"but what if he was alive" hange said

"We tried to search but found nothing." Petra said

"I know he is alive and i will find him" hange said

"but i just want to know that how you got to know about this" moblit asked

"Do you know whose mansion is that?" Hange asked. Though she knew the answer

"No, there were almost no documents about that house's ownership. Even the payment of that house was done in cash no cheques. So we couldn't find the owner. Do you know?" Petra asked

"yes. It is Levi Ackerman's Mansion"
