Phantom's Girlfriend (Natewantstobattle x reader)

Chapter 23

Y/n's perspective:

After I wake up Phantom and I have breakfast and get ready for the day. He told me that we are having a ball tonight. I was honestly very excited about it I've never been to anything like this before. Before we have to get ready for the ball Phantom decided to take me on a walk.

We started out in the garden stopping occasionally for kissing and hickeys. He takes me in after it starts raining and we start walking around the castle. Phantom shows me to the ballroom and it's beautiful. The room is red with black trim and large black curtains around the walls. The floor is dark brown wood. There are some tables with black table clothes on the sides of the room. I walk around and admire everything. Phantom smiles at me, "like it princess?"

I nod, "it's beautiful."

He smiles and spins me around and dips me. I laugh and blush as he leans down to kiss me. We eventually leave and continue our walk and start walking down the hallway that I saw that weird hallway a while ago. I look around again for it but I don't see it...

I stop in my steps and stare at where it should be. Phantom looks at me concerned, "what's wrong, doll?"

"There was a dark hallway right there and now it's not there"

He looks at me in the most serious way and his eyes turn red again. "How did you know about that?"

I get nervous "I um saw it when you were giving me a tour and then I went down it when you were gone". He growls and drags me into a room that I was told was his office. He pins me to the door.

"Did you hear anything while you were down there?" I nod to nervous to speak and I feel myself start crying. His eyes go back to normal and bring me into a hug. "I'm sorry, princess. It's ok there's some stuff that happened in my past that can sometimes change the castle."

I nod but I don't understand a single thing. We just sit in his office for a while to snuggle and make sure that I'm ok.
