Chapter 29

Y/n's perspective:

I wake up the next morning snuggled deeply into Phantom. Once my eyes flutter open I hear my loves' morning voice, "good morning doll".

I smile at him, "good morning my love".

He kisses me softly. I happily kiss back and I soon feel his tongue lick my bottom lip. I gladly oblige and soon he's pushing me into the mattress and exploring my mouth. We part after a few seconds because I need air.

I smirk up at him "what a great way to start a day."

He chuckles and kisses my cheek "couldn't agree more."

I run my hand through his messy hair "do you have to work today?" He shakes his head no and leans down to kiss my neck. This makes me blast and giggle, "can I ask you something Phantom?"

He stops kissing me for a second, "yeah what is it?"

"A while back you said that there was something that we were going to have to do to make me immortal like you are. What is it?"

He brings his face up to look at mine, "it's an injection, from what I hear it's a bit painful and it makes you sleep for about a day. I can have it ready in a few days if you are sure about this."

I nod, "do you think I should do it soon?"

He shrugs his shoulders "it's up to you. Now that we are engaged I'm fine if you do it now or after the wedding."

I blush thinking about our wedding, "I'll think about it." He smiles and kisses me again. We stay in the kiss for a while before there's a knock on the door.

Phantom growls and gets up, "I'll get it. Go get dressed." I smile and nod and head to the closet. After looking at my clothes I put on a red tee-shirt and some black knee-length leggings.

I finished getting ready and walked out to see Phantom in his outfit from last night. He smiles when he sees me "hey cutie".

I blush and smile back "hey who was at the door?"

"A servant, your bodyguard is here and wants to start work soon."

I nod "ah ok. Shall we be going then?"

He smiles and puts his arm out for me. I gladly take it and we head to Phantom leads us to his office.

When we reach the office there is a tall man in all black with dark red hair and pale skin. He carries a gun at his side and is standing in a military fashion. He bows to us once we enter and starts talking to Phantom in a language I can't understand. They converse for a while as I stare at them in confusion.

The man turns to me and bows his head, "sorry about that mam, my name is Aleck I am your new bodyguard."

I nod, "it's nice to meet you, Aleck. Thank you for your help."

He smiles, "of course, it is an honor."

I smile up at Phantom, "where to first?"

He smiles, "we have an appointment to get you measured for your wedding dress."

I blush and look away, it still feels surreal that we are engaged, "let's go then."

We walk out of his office and through the castle me and Phantom holding hands and Aleck following a few steps behind us. We head into a new room of the castle filled with beautiful fabrics and sewing machines. There's an older woman in a white dress with a black apron standing there waiting for me. She smiles and speaks, "ah princess y/n let's figure out your wedding dress shall we?" I nod and give Phantom a peck on the cheek and head off to figure out what my wedding dress is going to be.
