Wonderments

After Bella left on Sunday, I was left to think to myself. Many new wonderments had entered my mind after Bella confronted me about speaking. No one, not even Mom and Dad, had ever guessed that I could actually speak.
Just like no one had ever told me that I have more of a right to speak than anybody. But I still couldn't bring myself to speak, not even while I was painting alone in my room. I just couldn't bring myself to think that I, Megan Beauty, could ever have the right to speak such wonderful words and phrases.
I now had more words to think about than ever in my life. I painted my pictures with the colors of confusion, which were orange, white, cartoon red, and pink. One of my paintings displayed an orange sun, white bunnies, a red sunset and some pink flowers.
I especially liked that painting. It showed how confused I was with colors that made words. However, despite all my paintings that day, and all my thinking, I still couldn't get up the courage to speak.
