-- Sadako looks like a ghost, but her body is solid and you can't see through her. This part is heredity. That being said, when she activates the next part of her quirk, she can become see through or even invisible. She calls this "Faze mode," and as the name suggests, she can faze through things just like the POWER boy, but this also means she can't hurt anyone nor be hurt. She can't use it like Mirio, being able to not be injured while being able to still hurt others. Her whole body becomes Faze mode. This means she must be unpredictable in order to take little to no damage. Like Ochako, when she over uses her quirk, she hurls, but instead of rainbows, it's a glowing green ectoplasm like substance. Being a shy girl and a stalker, she has trained her quirk without really trying to.
By the time she enters UA, she can stay Faze mode for about 4-5 minutes. Though this is good for quick fights or stealth missions, long battles are routes she tries not to take.
Other things about her quirk:
Being part hereditary, she was born with a ghost tail instead of legs. This gives her the ability to levitate or even float slightly higher then her natural levitity.
If Aizawa were to look at her, she would have legs but she would not know how to walk.
The ectoplasm she hurls has other uses. It can make a nice lava lamp, shape it, let it harden then laminate it to have a glow in the dark thing.
When heat is applied, the brightness increases. This makes better glowing objects, neon sticks, mini flash bombs that she and Hatsume called Flashers. They are close range and will only blind them for a couple of seconds (shorter or longer times may vary between different opponents).

Reason for stalking: friendship and learn about them. No. She won't stalk them if they are in the locker room, bathroom or any other reasons to be considered a "perv" for stalking and perving are different. She stalking because of her shyness and because of past trauma.
