-Black Diamond Katana
-harder than a diamond(hardness scale goes from 1-10, diamonds being 10. This sword is harder. I'd say 11 or 12 meaning it can scratch diamonds)
-sharper then obsidian blades, which can cute single molecules in half. Atoms if I'm not mistaken.
-infinite amout(everyone seems to)
-easily cut through green diamond (D. Soldier forged from the copied gem of blue and yellow. (Just because they're copies, doesn't make them that weak. Green is, in a manner of speaking, like a tank of the soldiers (lol pun). But he can "tank" a lot of attacks. It didn't take one hit to put him down until Black got serious and swung harder.
-black's diamond ship was a giant sword shapes ship that he shared with Candy and white. Teals and greens was a shield. But he was curious about it's strength so he decided to give it test slice...and it didn't make the cut. And this slice of life cut through both of the D. Soldier's ships. He told the Gems who made it that it was far to weak. After he left, Candy asked what they was made of and they said they was made of materials stronger the Diamonds' (White pink blue yellow) ships. The sword and shield ships went with the Diamond's mech when fully formed. (As a comparison, lets say its like Jaune Arc's sword and shield he uses to them).
-He can easily cut through multiple diamonds with a single swing. Oo wow. Wait for this. These are cannon ball sized diamonds. Green diamond's weapons are cannons. His hand turns into cannons that shoot rays of light or diamond cannon balls
Birthplace: Homeworld.
How: Formed by shattering 1 copy of each of the diamonds, forging it into a diamond shaped gem cast, and a few pieces of a shattered Granite (a wall fell on her and her gem. Then, a single tear from "Rose Quartz" then, formed Black Diamond
(I know this isn't how gems are born. It is how Black, Candy, Teal, White(copy), and Green (diamonds) are made. They did this to make the perfect soldiers.
Armor: his skin is 5× tougher then diamond. His "clothes" are 3× stronger then his skin. That's 15× stronger then diamonds. That means about 85-90% of his body is 20+ times stronger then diamonds. (I know compared to most anime and stuff that's not that strong. But in the SU world, he's rather tough.
Experience: about 100 years (I think) of battlefield and gem knowledge. (300+ was poofed and bubbled from a heavy attack from white before waking up on earth and some time later before meeting the Crystal Gems)
Powers:
-time freeze: this was his special ability only he knew. When he first did it, it was only 2 seconds. After training, it went to 5 seconds. When in shining form it can last 10 seconds. Yes there is a recover time of twice the amout of time he freezes time. (5:10. 10:20.) If he wanted he could train it more but thinks 5/10 seconds is plenty of time so he practices his other techniques instead. He'll use this at anytime, to dodge, sneak, and make it look like he's moving super fast.
-Blue wave: he is able to pull out a small bit of blue's powers but is nowhere as stronger as he hasn't came across any sadness that could match blue's. But to the gems who have less sadness then him, he has to be touching them.
-Stun strike: taps into the yellow in his and his hand(s) covers in yellow electricity. He can temporarily stun gem and non gem for a few seconds, being more effective of gems.
-slow fall/multi-jump: from pink's tapped power, he has the ability slowly fall, increase the speed and distance of his jumps (and since he's already naturally strong and trained to be even stronger, the distance is super high/long). The multi jump, he figured out how to do this in his own. When already in the air, he can stop, and jumps on thin air (meaning he just literally jump off nothing) to change direction, dodge attacks, or surprise an enemy. He can do it as much as he wants for it doesnt tire him out as much as the others.
-Ki manipulation: he thought that shooting black and purple projectiles from nowhere was his special powers. It wasn't as he learned any strong being "CAN" learn it. But yes, he can shoot ki blasts and slashes of ki (think of Dbz trunks or tapion). The sizes can vary depending on how much ki and power he puts into his swings.
-Assassin's strike: think of hit from dragon ball super. His invisible attack that almost killed goku. Black's version is using ki and extending his sword but is unseen. This attack isn't used much but if he wants to end a fight quickly or if he he's getting more serious.
Power-ups:
-Shining form: his skin and cloak seems to crack and shatter, before revealing a shiny black diamond body. In this form, he's faster, 250 lbs lighter, 50× more tougher (that's 100× stronger then diamonds.) His Shiny katana is 50× stronger and sharper as well.
((NOTE: the strength I'm telling about his sword and armor (cloak) is it's strength before either have been broken.)
-Flawless: unknown
-later on earth, someone had gotten their hands on an almost perfect piece of graphene, and at a nice size too. 5x5x5 foot (length,width,height). They showed Black the material and told them about its hardness before saying how he needed the material cut into sheets about 3 inches think, and 5 inches length and width. Black froze time, and was about the slice half of what they needed before his weapon broke. He said that was 5 seconds but he could do The other half in 2, and he did. The they thanked him and generously played him. Black tried to refuse but the money was in his hands and they were loading the sheets onto a truck. He ended up getting Steven to throw a huge party with the $100k at the beach for the whole city, that he didn't even attend. He, and Lapis, just hung out in the empty town, walked in the woods and stuff like that, until lapis wanted to go see how the party was going. Later Candy finds him.

White uses her powers on Black.
W: what? But how? I am every color. You should have turned white. You should be under my control!
B: heh. I can't believe someone like you, can be so stupid.
Yes. You may be every color. And every color may have started from you, but I, Black Diamond. I have no color. I may be 1/4 you but I am what was there before you. Before light and color, was Darkness, and only Black!
