"Greeting. I am Doctor Iris. The Foundation wanted me to tell you about SCP-10,769, The Fritz. So lets get started:"
Name: The Fritz or just Fritz
Age: unsure. He claims 30s, 70s, once even a century. Research that ties into events he may have cause goes back 100+ years so it's possible. Close as we can get is anywhere within his claims but believed at least younger than 200.
Looks: he's an averagely built, averagely heighted, averagely weighted human by looks. 5'6", 134 lbs. Short, grey or black hair, face and body looks like that of a 30 year old with no signs of aging. He's always wanting to wear jackets or hoodies.
Personality: he's positive, upbeat, and loves to play pranks or joke around from time to time. He's always trying to wear a smile and tends to be sarcastic when annoyed. He's on top of that, flirty with staff and has claimed to, and I quote, have had one night stands with some anomalies. The few we know is SCP-148-DE: a blue slime that eventually shaped into a humanoid after interactions with d-class and scientists. It can also communicate and mimic others too. How he did it, I don't want to know. He also claimed to be one of the only one's to touch SCP-1471-A (Mal0). It sounds impossible but the way he explained it will be informed later. Back on the information.
Number of Breaches and types:
- Peaceful and safe Breaches: 199. These are just times he either: played his pranks, was "bored," wanted to "test" the security, or wanted to visit other Anomalies, that he did for boredom or because he "knew them."
- Causious Breaches: 7. These are breaches where The Fritz was experiencing higher emotional levels, caused by negative memories, fits of depression or bad dreams that effective him after waking. No personnel have been hurt by these breaches but one D-class exclaimed that "That Anomaly made my fellow d-class sh** himself after taunting him. The guy looked upset and he didn't notice him at the moment and he remembered as he got pulled in a TV screen. He brought him back about a minute later and my fellow d-class look like he saw death and smelt like an toilet that had been forgotten to be flushed." End quote. The acts that The Fritz did will be explained in the right category.
- Dangerous Breaches: 3. One breach was a result at Foundation number ***, the same he escaped from. Personnel were injured and one scientist was severely injured but no casualties.
Another breach was after learning that in Foundation ***, the same on an earlier date, that some of the scientists and security units "abused" anomalies for unlisted reasons and or "boredom." One guard had to retire. One scientist left in a body bag.
And the third record breach wasn't really a threat to personnel but to another anomaly, who broke containment and Fritz fought it and threw it back into it's containment cell. Fritz received medical aid and was stationed in a recovery cell where he received constant care till able to return to his containment cell, where he stayed until he was granted access to walk freely in inside the facility and wouldn't need permission to leave his cell unless stated other wise.
Object Classes: First was Euclid and later became Thaumiel with freedom to roam facility.
Anomaly Abilities: The uses of his abilities have been used many scenarios, from jokes and pranks to incompasitating other anomalies who have breached containment. The Fritz body and organs are 100% human organs. His flesh and everything in 100% like that of a human on a surface level.
On a atomic level, his electrons are not like human electrons. They have a static look to them. Static as in a TV on an unregistered channel or the, "snowy channel" or "fuzzy channel." These electrons seem harmless at a glance and doesn't seem to do anything to his atoms in the slightest... That is, until he uses his abilities or if his anxiety levels rise to a certain point.
When using his abilities, he approaches and electrical items. This can range from the socket in a wall, a cellphone, electric cables, to power plants, the foundations' high tech computer systems, and even a stream of water that touched an electric wire, but, when activated, his body statics like a TV and he disappears into the item or area. He explains that he can see and since the area around his point of travel and, after testing, 50 yards away from any point of the electrical item or area he is traversing or hiding in.
He can pull others into items with him but too long of time and they show side effects of the prolonged experience. (Shirt time has no effects. Longer times show blurry vision, dizziness, nausea, possible vomiting, paleness, and shortness of breath and an increase heart rate. Extremer time lengths are more dangerous, leading to temporary blindness to complete vision loss in one or both eyes, temporary loss of motor functions, uncontrollably muscle spasms, rapidly vomiting, one case of an E class releasing fecal matter and urine in his uniform without realizing, chest pains, and in one case, a minor heart attack but suspect to have been worse if the doctor didn't take his medicine that day.
He has also been shown to project as well. Simple projects are small objects or himself, complete with his voice too, but a simple touch makes them static and buzz like a TV and you simply move through it. On larger scales, he can project over an entire room but this requires move concentration from him. This includes items in the room, himself and or others in the room.
