He actually is fond of her and Carrie tolerates him and his company as long as he isnt doing anything to harm her. Sometimes they even bond through talking about books and stuff like that. He even showed her some books he used to love to read from Asgard and Carrie found them to be really fascinating. Another occasion, he took her to the Asgard Library and she was so amazed at that place that it was almost like heaven to her. Obviously, he had to ask Tony's permission to take her there since he's very protective over her, he even threatened Loki telling him if something ever happens to her or if he tried anything funny with her, he'd have his head on the wall of his living room. Loki always reassures him that he'll keep an eye on her and out of harms way during the trip.
Loki sometimes likes to play harmless pranks on her, like call pranks and such just to annoy her whether it is to make her laugh or for his own amusement. Carrie doesn't really like the scare pranks he does for obvious reasons and on one occasion he went too far with one prank that left her in tears. He felt bad about what he did and even apologized to her for making her unintentionally cry, she accepts his apology as she reads his mind and realizes how remorseful he felt.
Overall, they both have a pretty good friendship with each other.
