Both get along well and Carrie enjoys his company. She is very fond of him and considers him one of her good friends. He somewhat reminds her of JARVIS even though he's technically not. Vision is always very kind towards Carrie and have no issues with each other whatsoever. Carrie does notice his feelings towards Wanda and sometimes she points it out, playfully teasing him about.
They do have some interesting conversations about things like life and all that.
