Headcanon 21
With Bruce:
Carrie considers Bruce as one of her very dear best friends. Let's be honest here, both of them dealt with abusive parents. For Carrie, her mom Margaret White, and for Bruce, his dad, Brian Banner. So of course, they're gonna be emotionally connected to each other because of one of those things, but childhood trauma isn't the only reason why they're friends.
They're very caring and understanding towards one another when talking about some other issues that they have and would never invalidate or be insensitive towards each other and how they're feeling, especially Carrie since she knows about his thing with the Hulk.
Bruce is very compassionate towards Carrie and it's one of the things that she admires about him. He does worry about her safety whenever on the battlefield but she always lets him know that she'll be alright but that doesn't stop him from being protective over her.
With Hulk:
Besides Natasha, Carrie is also good at calming the Hulk down when he gets out of control and needs Bruce to come back to his regular self. She has extreme empathy for him as she doesn't see him as a monster but more of someone who's misunderstood.
Hulk is very fond of her and loves her as a good friend because he knows that Carrie understands him and has strong empathy for him, and like Bruce, is very protective of her and will come to her defense when she's in danger when on a mission and they're fighting the enemy.
He also refers to her as "nice tiny blonde girl".
